(क) इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति के कामचलाऊ व्यवस्था होने के कारण , अधिकारी को अनिश्चितकाल तक ग्रेड में बने रहने या नियमित नियुक्तिके लिए चयन सूची में उनका नाम शामिल किए जाने का या अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा पेश करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।
