आ.अ. 40. -लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13-क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग हरियाणा सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्वारा श्री सज्जन सिंह , आई.ए.एस. ( एच.वाई. 1979 ) जो दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर, 2009 को सेवानिवृत हो रहे हैं, के स्थान पर श्रीमती सुमिता मिश्रा , आई.ए.एस. (एच.वाई. 1990 ) को दिनांक 01 नवम्बर , 2009 से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए हरियाणा राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्रीमति मिश्रा हरियाणा सरकार के अधीन किसी कार्य के पदभारों, जो कि वह ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रही थी , अगले आदेश तक धारण करती रहेंगी ।
3. श्रीमति मिश्रा , मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी , हरियाणा के रूप में कार्य करते हुए हरियाणा सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्तकार्यभार आयोग के पूर्वानुमति बिना ग्रहण नहीं करेंगी सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी , सरकार कासचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
NewDelhi , the 29th October, 2009
O.N. 40. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 13 - A of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 ( 43 of 1950 ) , the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Haryana hereby nominates Smt. Sumita Misra , IAS (HY : 1990) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Haryana with effect from the 1stNovember, 2009 and until further orders vice Shri Sajjan Singh , IAS (HY: 79) , who is going to retire on superannuation on31st October, 2009 .
2. Smt. Misra may continue to hold any charges of work under the Government of Haryana , which she is holding before such assumption of office , until further orders .
3. Smt . Misra while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer , Haryana shall not hold any additional charge whatsover under the Government ofHaryana without the prior permission of the Election Commission of India except that she should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat .

आ.अ. 41. लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13-क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग पुडुचेरी संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन के परामर्श से एतदद्वारा श्री बिलाटी पर्टिन , आई.ए.एस. (ए.जी.एम.यूः 98 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से अगले आदेश तक श्री एस. कुमारस्वामी, आई. ए.एस. के स्थान पर पुडुचेरी संघ राज्य क्षेत्र का मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्री बिलाटी पर्टिन को अविलम्ब पुडुचेरी संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासन के अंतर्गत धारित सभी पदों को छोड़ देना होगा जो उन्होंने कार्य ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण किए हुए थे ।
3. श्री बिलाटी पर्टिन पुडुचेरी के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य किए जाते समय पुड्डुचेरी संघ राज्य क्षेत्र सचिवालय के निर्वाचन विभाग के भार सहित संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के प्रशासन के सचिव नामित किए जाने के अलावा पुड्डुचेरी संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India , in consultation with the Administration of the Union Territory ofPuducherry , hereby nominates Sh . Bilatee Pertin , IAS (AGMU : 98) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the Union Territory of Puducherry with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further order vice Sh . S.Kumaraswamy, IAS.
2. Sh . Bilatee Pertin shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Administration of the Union Territory of Puducherry, which he maybe holding before such assumption of office .
3. Sh . Bilatee Pertin while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer , Puducherry shall not hold any additional charge whatsover under the Administration of the Union Territory of Puducherry except that he should be designated Secretary to the Administration of the Union Territory in charge of Election Department in the Union Territory Secretariat .
