( नीति प्रभा. ) 209/ मुमप्र ( एएनआर ) -2009-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक , ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक समझकर तथा इस बात से संतुष्ट होकर कि देश हित में ऋण प्रणाली को विनियमित करने हेतु रिज़र्व बैंक को सक्षम बनाने के लिए " गैर बैंकिंग वित्तीय ( जमा राशियाँ स्वीकारने या धारण करने वाली ) कंपनियाँ विवेकपूर्ण मानदंड ( रिज़र्व बैंक ) निदेश, 2007 " जो 22 फरवरी 2007 की अधिसूचना सं. गैर्वैपवि. 192/डीजी ( वीएल ) -2007 में अंतर्विष्ट हैं , को संशोधित करना आवश्यक है, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 ( 1934 का 2 ) की धारा 45 - जक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों और इस संबंध में उसे सक्षम बनाने वाली सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा निदेश देता है कि उक्त निदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नवत् संशोधित होंगे अर्थात्:--
भीतर, " पैराग्राफ 15 में , " प्रति वर्ष अधिकतम 30 जून तक " शब्दों को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा : -- " तुलनपत्र को अंतिम रूप देने की तारीख से एक माह के भीतर किन्तु हर हालत में संबंधित वर्ष के 30 दिसम्बर से अनधिक अवधि के

सं. बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी . बीसी . 50/12.02.001 /2009-10-समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (1949 का 10 ) की धारा 24 की उप- धारा ( 2 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा 03 नवम्बर 2008 की अधिसूचना बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 72/12.02.001/2008-09 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा यह निर्दिष्ट करता है कि 07 नवम्बर 2009 को प्रारंभ होने वाले पखवाड़े से प्रत्येक अनुसूचित वाणिज्य बैंक 08 सितम्बर 2009 की अधिसूचना बैंपविवि. सं. आरईटी. बीसी. 40/12.02.001/2009-10 में यथावर्णित आस्तियां भारत में बनाए रखेगा जिनका मूल्य किसी भी दिन कारोबार की समाप्ति पर दूसरे पूर्ववर्ती पखवाड़े के अंतिम शुक्रवार को भारत में कुल निवल मांग और मीयादी देयताओं के 25 प्रतिशत से कम नहीं होगा ।

(PD) 209/CGM (ANR) -2009-The Reserve Bank of India, having considered it necessary inpublic interest and being satisfied that , for the purpose of enabling the Bank to regulate the credit system to the advantage of the country , it is necessary to amend the Non - Banking Financial (Deposit Accepting or Holding) Companies Prudential Norms (Reserve Bank ) Directions , 2007 contained in Notification No. DNBS . 192/DG (VL) -2007 dated February 22, 2007 in exercise of the powers conferred by section 45JA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) and of all the powers enabling it in this behalf, hereby directs that the said directions shall be amended with immediate effect as follows , namely:
In paragraph 15 , the words " latest by June 30, every year. " will be substituted by the following :-
"Within one month from the date of finalization of the balance sheet and in any case not later than December 30th of that year. "
