G.S.R.171.- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 1 of Order XXVII ofthe First Schedule to the Code of CivilProcedure , 1908 (5 of 1908 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Iaw and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs number G.S.R. 167 dated the 14th February , 1990 relating to the signing and verification of plaints and written statements in suits in any court ofcivil jurisdiction or in writ proceeding by or against the Central Government , namely :-

सा.का.नि. 172. राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय खान ब्यूरो (ज्येष्ठ जिल्दसाज ) , समूह ' गं ' अनुसचिवीय पद भर्ती नियम , 2007 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय खान ब्यूरो (ज्येष्ठ जिल्दसाज ) , समूह ' ग ' अनुसचिवीय पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2009 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. भारतीय खान ब्यूरो ( ज्येष्ठ जिल्दसाज ) , समूह ' ग ' अनुसचिवीय पद भर्ती नियम , 2007 की अनुसूची में (क) स्तंभ 4 में,-
(i ) " वेतनमान " स्तंभ शीर्षक के स्थान पर " वेतन बैंड और वेतन श्रेणी या वेतनमान " स्तंभ शीर्ष रखा जाएगा । (ii) " 3050-75-3950-80-4590 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " वेतनबैंड-1 5200-20,200 रु. श्रेणी वेतन 1900 रु. " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
(ख) स्तंभ ( 13 ) में , मद 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
" 3. किसी अन्य केन्द्रीय सरकारी कार्यालय से समूह ' क' अधिकारी - सदस्य । "

New Delhi , the 3rdDecember, 2009 G.S.R.172 . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indian Bureau of Mines ( Senior Binder) , Group ' C ' Ministerial Post Recruitment Rules , 2007 , namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Bureau of Mines (Senior Binder ) , Group ' C ' Ministerial Post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2009 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Bureau of Mines (Senior Binder ) , Group ' C ' Ministerial Post ecruitment Rules , 2007 ,-
(a) incolumn(4) ,
(i) for column heading "Scale of pay", the column heading "Pay band and grade pay or pay scale. " Shall be substituted;
(ii) for the entry " Rs : 3050-75-3950-80-4590" , the entry "PB- I Rs . 5200-20,200 + grade pay Rs . 1900" shall be substituted:
(b) in column ( 13) , for item 3 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
"3. Group ' A ' . Officer from any other Central Government Office Member. "
