सं.क्यू-16012/ 1/2009- ईएसए (डब्ल्यूई ) जबकि श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या क्यू 16012/2 / 2005 - ई.एस.ए. ( डब्ल्यूई) दिनांक 12 मई, 2006 द्वारा आम जनता की सूचना हेतु पुनर्गठित केन्द्रीय श्रमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड के गठन को अधिसूचित किया गया था ।
और जबकि, केन्द्रीय श्रमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड संबंधी नियम और विनियम के नियम 3 में पुनर्गठन का प्रावधान है ।
अब केन्द्रीय श्रमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड संबंधी नियम और विनियम के नियम 4 के अनुसरण में तथा उपर्युक्त विषय पर दिनांक 5 जून , 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या क्यू-16012/2/2005-ईएसए ( डब्ल्यूई ) के अनुक्रम में आम जनता की सूचना के लिए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि मई, 2006 में पुनर्गठित केन्द्रीय श्रमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड का कार्यकाल सरकार द्वारा 10 अगस्त, 2009 से आगे 28 अक्तूबर, 2009 तक बढ़ा दिया गया है ।

सं. क्यू-16012/ 1/2009- ईएसए( डब्ल्यूई ) जबकि श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की दिनांक 29 अक्तूबर, 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या क्यू-16012/1/2009- ईएसए ( डब्ल्यूई ) के तहत् पुनर्गठित केन्द्रीय श्रमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड के संघटन को आम जनता की सूचना के लिए अधिसूचित करते हुए अध्यक्ष, 4 सदस्यों और सदस्य सचिव के नाम अधिसूचित किए गए थे और यह उल्लेख किया गया था कि बोर्ड के अन्य सदस्यों के नाम बाद में अधिसूचित किए जाएंगे ।
2. अतः , अब आम जनता की सूचना के लिए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि केन्द्रीय श्रमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड की नियमावली तथा विनियमों के नियम 3 के अनुसार निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को केन्द्रीय श्रमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड का सदस्य नामित किया जाता है :--

No. Q- 16012 :1 / 2009 - ESA ( WE) ----Whereas in the Ministry of Labour and Employment Notification No. Q- 16012 /2/2005- ESA WE ) dated the 12th May, 2006 notifying the composition of the reconstituted Central Board for Workers Education for information ofthe public
And whereas , Rule 3 of the Rules and Regulations of the Central Board for Workers Education provide for the reconstitution .
Now, in pursuance of Rule 4 of Rules and Regulations of the Central Board for Workers Education and in continuation ofNotification No. Q - 16012 /2 / 2005 - ESA (WE ) dated the 5th June , 2009 on the subject, it is notified for information of the public that the tenure of Central Board for Workers Education reconstituted in May, 2006 , has been extended by the Government , beyond 10th August , 2009 and upto 28th October, 2009 .
