II- कम्पनी अधिनियम , 1956 की धारा 209क की उप धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा प्रादेशिक निदेशक कार्यालय ( पूर्वी क्षेत्र ) , कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय , कोलकाता में संयुक्त निदेशक , श्री नौबत सिंह को उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनार्थ प्राधिकृत किया जाता है ।

II- जबकि सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग ( डीआईटी ) , संचार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार राष्ट्रीय ई -शासन योजना ( एनईजीपी ) चला रहा है जिसका उद्देश्य उचित शासन और संस्थागत तंत्र की स्थापना करना और केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार के स्तर पर कई मिशन मोड परियोजनाओं का कार्यान्वयन करना है और मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय (उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग )
जबकि एनईजीपी के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार किसी भी प्रकार के प्रौद्योगिकी अवरोधों से बचने के लिए मुक्त मानदण्डों के इस्तेमाल को बढ़ावा दे रही है और

जबकिई -शासन में मानदण्ड उच्च प्राथमिकता वाला एक कार्यकलाप है, जिससे सूचना के आदान- प्रदान में और ई - शासन अनुप्रयोगों में डेटा के अविच्छिन्नअन्तर प्रचालन में सहायता मिलेगी । सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, भारत सरकार ने ई - शासन के लिए मानदण्ड तैयार करने/ अभिग्रहण करने के लिए एक संस्थागत तंत्र की स्थापना की है और
सं. 7-8/2009- ( एम.सी. ) दिनांक 28.11.2009 को राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्थान आयोग के अध्यक्ष का कार्यकाल पूरा होने के परिणामस्वरूप केन्द्र सरकार राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शिक्षा संस्थान आयोग अधिनियम, 2004 की धारा 3 ( 2 ) के अंतर्गत न्यायाधीश (सेवानिवृत्त ) एम.एस.ए. सिद्दिकी को पुनः अध्यक्ष मनोनीत करती है ।
2. नियुक्तिका कार्यकाल न्यायाधीश ( सेवानिवृत्त ) एम.एस.ए. सिद्दिकी द्वारा पद ग्रहण करने की तारीख से पांच वर्ष का होगा ।
जबकि नाम , पता आदि सामान्य तत्वों डेय एवं मेटाडेटा मानदण्डों की तत्काल आवश्यकता है जो ई - शासन अनुप्रयोगों में आम है । तद्नुसार, किसी व्यक्ति की पहचान बताने और भूमि के कोडीकरण के लिए सामान्य डेटा तत्वों और उनके प्रारूपों का मानकीकरण किया गया और 3. न्यायाधीश ( सेवानिवृत्त ) एम.एस.ए. सिद्दिकी का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में स्थित होगा ।
जबकि मानदण्डों से संबंधित सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने व्यक्ति की पहचान और भूमि के कोडीकरण के लिए मेटाडेटा तथा डेटा मानदण्डों को अनुमोदित कियाहै और .
आदेश
यह आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना को आम सूचनार्थ भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि अधिसूचना की एक प्रति न्यायाधीश ( सेवानिवृत्त ) एम.एस.ए. सिद्दिकी को भेजी जाए ।
इसलिए, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग , भारत सरकार एतद्वारा इस अधिसूचना को जारी करने की तारीख से विभिन्न ई - शासन अनुप्रयोगों के मध्य डेटा के आदान- प्रदान के लिए http://egovstandards.gov.in पर प्रकाशित व्यक्ति पहचान तथा भू- क्षेत्र के कोडीकरण के लिए मेटाडेटा तथा डेटा मानदण्डों के इस्तेमाल को अधिसूचित कर रही है ।

M.S.A. Siddiqui is renominated as the Chairman by the Central Government under Section 3 (2) of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act, 2004.

No. 2 ( 32) / 2009- EG - II- Whereas Department of Information Technology (DIT) , Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India (GoI) is driving the National e -Governance Plan (NeGP) which seeks to create the right Governance and Institutional Mechanism and Implement a number of Mission Mode Projects at the Center & State Government and
WHEREAS under NeGP, Gol is promoting the usage of Open Standards to avoid any technology lock- ins and WHEREAS Standards in e - Governance are a high priority activity, which will help ensure sharing of information and seamless interoperability of data across e -Governance applications . DIT, Gol has setup an Institutional Mechanism under NeGP to evolve / adopt Standards for e-Governance and
WHEREAS there is an immediate need for having Data and Metadata Standards for Generic elements like Name, Address etc which are common across e -Governance applications . Accordingly, Standardization of generic data elements and their formatsto describe a Person's Identification and Land Codification was done and
WHEREAS the Competent Authority on Standards has approved Metadata & Data Standards for Person Identification and Land Codification and
Therefore DIT, Gol hereby notifies the use of Metadata & Data Standards for Person Identification and Land Region Codification Published on http:/egovstandards.gov.in for exchange of data between various e - Governance w.e.f. the date of notification.
