2. श्री बी. फणी सुन्दर की नियुक्ति राज्य सभा के माननीय सभापति के विवेकाधीन है और उनके कार्यकाल के समापन के साथ ही समाप्त हो जाएगी ।

2. यह तदर्थ नियुक्तिअनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में पूर्वोक्त नियुक्ति के लिए दावा करने का अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी तथा अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में तदर्थ आधार पर की गई उनकी सेवा अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में न तो वरिष्ठता के लिए गिनी जाएगी और न ही अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में पदोन्नति हेतु स्वीकार की जाएगी ।
