एम. के. शर्मा, संयुक्त सचिव एवं विधि सलाहकार 4. ये अधिकारी अवर सचिव के पद पर उनकी वास्तविक स्थिति की तारीखों से उनके वेतन के पुनः निर्धारण के कारण बकाए के हकदार होंगे । इसके अतिरिक्त, ये अधिकारी एफआर-22 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार उनका वेतन निर्धारित करने संबंधी विकल्प का लाभ प्राप्त करने के भी हकदार होंगे । तथापि, ऐसे अधिकारी , जिनकी तदर्थ अवर सचिव के रूप में पदोन्नति उनके चयन सूची वर्ष में 1 जुलाई से पूर्व हुई थी और जिन्होंने एकमात्र विकल्प ( स्पलिट ऑप्शन का ) लाभ प्राप्त कर लिया है, वे इस विकल्प के पात्र नहीं होंगे ।
