अनुसार, श्री के . एस. सी. एस. वी. पी. गांधी को 5 जनवरी 2010 से 5 मार्च, 2010 तक 60 दिन का अर्जित अवकाश स्वीकृत किया जाता है तथा 6 और 7 मार्च, 2010 को शनिवार और रविवार की छुट्टी होने के कारण अंत में जोड़ने की अनुमति दी जाती है और तत्पश्चात् उनकी सेवाएं उनके मूल विभाग , अर्थात् बीएसएनएल, कारपोरेट कार्यालय , नई दिल्ली को वापस सौंपी जाती है ।

2. इसके अतिरिक्त, दिनांक 10 अक्तूबर 1995 के आर एण्ड सी एस आदेश सं. प्रकीर्ण 54/95 द्वारा यथा अंगीकृत दिनांक 05 जनवरी 1994 के कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग के का.ज्ञा.सं. 2/29/91 - स्था.
