एन एस ई ( फ्यूचर एण्ड आप्शन ) कारोबारी विनियमनों में विहित उपबंधों को नीचे दी गई सीमा तक संशोधित किया जाता है : --

क. अध्याय 2 के विनियमन 2.2.1 की धारा ( क ) के अंत में निम्नलिखित शब्द जोड़े जाते हैं : --

' ऐसी शर्तों और निबंधनों के अधीन जैसाकि समय - समय पर संगत प्राधिकारी द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट की जाती हैं । '

ख, अध्याय 2 के विनियमनों 2.2.11.1 और 2.2.11.3 में विहित मौजूदा उपबंधों को निम्नलिखित ढंग से संशोधित किया जाता है : --

(i) विनियमन 2.2.11.1 की उप- धारा में '21 वर्ष ' शब्दों का '18 वर्ष ' से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है ।

(ii) विनियमन 2.2.11.1 की उप - धारा ( ख ) से ' एफ एण्ड ओ खंड में ' शब्द हटाए जाते हैं ।

(iii) ( क) विनियमन 2.2.11.1 की उप - धारा ( घ ) में ' वह किसी के नियोजन में है' और कारोबारी सदस्य के बीच ' अन्य' शब्द जोड़ा जाता है ।

( ख ) शब्द विनियमन 2.2.11.1 की उप- धारा से निम्न ' एक्सचेंज एफ एण्ड ओ खंड यदि अन्यथा अनुमति देता है तो ऐसा व्यक्ति होगा जो ऐसी शर्तों के अध्यधीन होगा जैसा उचित समझी जाती है, हटाए जाते हैं । (iv) विनियमन 2.2.11.3 की उप- धारा ( ख ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित उप - धारा ( ग ) जोड़ी जाती है :--

( ग ) कारोबारी सदस्य से अथवा कारोबारी सदस्य के प्राधिकृत व्यक्ति के माध्यम से अनुरोध प्राप्त होने पर, जो अपेक्षाओं के अनुपालन के अध्यधीन है जैसाकि एक्सचेंज द्वारा विनिर्धारित किया जाता है ।

उद्धरण चिह्न बंद

ग. विनियमन 1.3.6 और 2.2.11.1 में जहां कहीं भी ' मान्यता प्राप्त ' शब्द आता है उसे ' अनुमोदित ' शब्द द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है ।

घ. विनियमन 2.2.11.1 , 2.2.11.2 और 2.2.11.3 में जहां कहीं भी ' मान्यता ' शब्द आता है उसे ' अनुमोदन ' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है ।

NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA LIMITED

The provisions containted in the NSE ( Futures & Options) Trading Regulations are amended to the extent given hereunder :-

A. The following words are added at the end of clause (a) of Regulation 2.2.1 of Chapter 2 :-

' ........ subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Relevant Authority from time to time . ' Unquote

B. The existing provisions contained in Regulations 2.2. 11.1 , and 2.2 . 11.3 of Chapter 2 are amended in the following manner :-

(i) In sub - clause (a) of Regulation 2.2 . 11.1 , the words '21 years ' are replaced with '18 years ' .

(ii) The following words ' in the F & O segment' are deleted from sub- clause (b ) of Regulation 2.2 . 11.1. (iii) (a) The word ' other ' is inserted in between ' he is in the employment of any ' and ' trading member ' in sub- clause (d) of Regulation 2.2 . 11.1 .

(b) The following words ' unless the F & O segment of the Exchange permits such person to be an authorised person subject to the conditions as it may deem fit ' are deleted from sub-clause (d) of Regulation 2.2. 11.1.

(iv) The following sub - clause ( c) is inserted after sub - clause ( b) of Regulation 2.2 . 11.3 :-

(c) on receipt of a request from the Trading Member or the Authorised Person through the Trading Member , subject to compliance with the requirements as may be prescribed by the Exchange ..

C. The word ' recognised ' wherever it appears in Regulations 1.3.6 and 2.2 . 11.1 is replaced with the word ' approved' .

D. The word ' recognition ' wherever it appeares in Regulations 2.2 . 11.1 , 2.2 . 11.2 and 2.2 . 11.3 is replaced with the word ' approval ' .
