सं. एफ- 7-8/2009-( एम.सी. ) राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शैक्षणिक संस्था आयोग अधिनियम, 2004 की धारा -5 के साथ पठित धारा 3 ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा डॉ. सिरियकं थॉमस , पूर्व कुलपति, महात्मा गांधी विश्वविद्यालय, कोट्ययम , केरल और डॉ. मोहिन्दर सिंह, पूर्व सदस्य, राष्ट्रीय धार्मिक तथा भाषायी अल्पसंख्यक आयोग, को राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शैक्षणिक संस्था आयोग में सदस्यों के रूप में सहर्ष मनोनीत करती है । 2. राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शैक्षणिक संस्था आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में उपर्युक्त व्यक्तियों की नियुक्ति की अवधि उनके द्वारा कार्य भार ग्रहण करने की तिथिसे पांच वर्ष की होगी; और उनके वेतन एवं भत्ते राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक शैक्षणिक संस्था आयोग अधिनियम , 2004 की धारा 24 ( 2 ) ( क ) के तहत् ' अध्यक्ष तथा अन्य सदस्यों के वेतन एवं भत्ते तथा अन्य सेवा शर्तें , नियमावली' के अनुसार विनियमित होंगे ।
3. उपर्युक्त सदस्यों के कार्यालय का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि आम सूचनार्थ इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना की एक - एक प्रति डॉ. सिरियक थॉमस तथा डॉ. मोहिन्दर सिंह को भेजी जाए ।

सं. क्यू-16012/2/2009 , ई.एस.ए. ( एन.एल.आई. ) जबकि वी. वी. गिरि राष्ट्रीय श्रम संस्थान, सैक्टर-24, नौएडा को समिति पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1860 ( पंजाब संशोधन अधिनियम , 1957 ) के अंतर्गत एक समिति के रूप में पंजीकृत किया गया है ।
और जबकि उक्त समिति के नियमों तथा विनियमों के नियम- III में इसके गठन का प्रावधान है ।

No. F- 7-8/2009-(MC):-In pursuance of the Section 3 (2) read with Section 5 of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act, 2004 , the Central Government is hereby pleased to nominate Dr. Cyriac Thomas, Former Vice Chancellor, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam , Kerala and Dr. Mohinder Singh, Former Member, National Commission for Religious and Linguistic Minorities as Members of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (NCMEI).
2. The tenure of the appointment of the aforesaid persons as member , NCMEI shall be for five years with effect from the date they respectively assume office as such Member ; and their salaries and allowances shall be regulated in accordance with the 'Salaries and Allowances and other conditions of service of Chairperson and other Members, rules ' under Section 24 (2) (a) of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act, 2004.
3. The Headquarters of the office of the aforesaid Members shall be in New Delhi .
ORDER
Ordered, that notification be published in the Gazette of India for general information .
Ordered also , that a copy of the notification be communicated to Dr. Cyriac Thomas and Dr. Mohinder Singh .
