2. यह उल्लेखनीय है कि ग्रेड में तदर्थ नियुक्ति उपर्युक्त अधिकारी को वरिष्ठता या ग्रेड में नियमित पदोन्नति के मामले में दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करती । जब तक अन्यथा आदेश न दिया गया हो, वे तदर्थ नियुक्ति की अवधि पूरा होने पर अपने मूल ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित हो जाएंगे ।
