Public Notice
M /s. Shree Cement Limited having its Registered Office at Bangur Nagar, Post Box No. 33 , Beawar 305 901 , Rajasthan , India intends to apply to the Government of India to confer upon it all the powers under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the placing of electric lines or electrical plant for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act , 1885 with respectto the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained , by the Government or to be so established or maintained and will undertake the survey, construction , installation , inspection , erection and other works to be followed by commissioning , operation , maintenance and other works for the following transmission scheme:
Name of the transmission scheme: - 400 KV D /C line , for Loop in Loop out ( LILO ) ofone circuit of Kota -Merta 400 KV D / C PGCIL line near Mangliyawas upto 300 MW Power Plant of Shree Cement Ltd. , at Beawar .
Works covered under the scheme:- 400 KV D /C line totaling to a length of about 28KM from LILO point near Mangliyawas to switch yard in the premises of Shree CementLtd. at Beawar .
The transmission line covered under the scheme will pass through , over, around , and between the following villages , towns and cities: -
