का.नि.आ. 21.राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय आडनेंस कारखाना सेवा ;समूह 'क'द्ध भर्ती नियम, 2002 का और संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारतीय आडनेंस कारखाना सेवा ;समूह 'क'द्ध भर्ती ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2010 है ।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय आडनेंस कारखाना सेवा ;समूह 'क'द्ध भर्ती नियम, 2002 की अनुसूची-2 में,—
(i) अनुसूची-2 में, क्रम सं. 7 के सामने, स्तंभ ;2द्ध में, मद ;कद्ध के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :—
फ्;कद्ध अपर महानिदेशक आडनेंस प्रोन्नति द्वारा 67,000-79,000 रु. के वेतनमान में ऐसे अध्किारी जिन्होंने उस कारखाना/सदस्य, आडनेंस श्रेणी में एक वर्ष नियमित सेवा की हो जिसके न हो सकने पर कारखाना बोर्ड ;75,500-80,000 रु.द्ध 67,000-79,000 रु. के वेतनमान में ऐसे अध्किारी जिन्होंने
67,000-79,000 रु. के वेतनमान के और वेतन बैंड-4 ;37,400-67,000 रु.गे्रड वेतन 10,000 रु.द्ध के ज्येष्ठ प्रशासनिक गे्रड में चार वर्ष सम्मिलित नियमित सेवा की हो ।य् 1854 GI/2010

फ्महानिदेशक आडनेंस कारखाना/ प्रोन्नति द्वारा अपर महानिदेशक/सदस्य ;75,500-80,000 रु.द्ध जिसने उस श्रेणी में एक वर्ष अध्यक्ष, आडनेंस कारखाना बोर्ड नियमित सेवा की हो जिसके न हो सकने पर ऐसा अपर महानिदेशक/सदस्य ;80,000 रु. नियतद्ध जिसने ज्येष्ठ महाप्रबंध्क/ज्येष्ठ उप महानिदेशक ;67,000-79,000 रु.द्ध
के रूप में और अपर महानिदेशक/सदस्य के रूप में दो वर्ष की सम्मिलित नियमित सेवा की हो ।य्

S.R.O. 21.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following Rules further to amend the Indian Ordnance Factories Service (Group A) Recruitment Rules, 2002, namely:—
(i) These Rules may be called the Indian Ordnance Factories Service (Group A) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2010.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In Schedule-II to the Indian Ordnance Factories Service (Group A) Recruitment Rules, 2002,
(i) In Schedule-II, against serial number 7, in column (2), for item (a), the following item shall be substituted, namely:—
"(a)Additional Director General of Ordnance By Promotion Officers in the pay scale of Rs.67,000–79,000 with one Factories/Member Ordnance Factories Board year regular service in the grade failing which Officers in the pay scale of Rs.67,000–79,000 with four years (Rs.75,500-80,000) combined regular service in the pay scale of Rs.67,000– 79,000 and Senior Administrative Grade in PB-4 (Rs.37,400–67,000 + Grade Pay Rs.10,000)"
(ii) for serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial no. and entries shall be substituted, namely :—
"8. Director General of Ordnance Factories/ By Promotion Additional Director General/ Member (Rs.75,500–80,000) Chairman, Ordnance Factories Board with one year regular service in the grade failing which Additional Director General/ Member with two years (Rs.80,000) combined regular service as Senior General Manager/ Senior Deputy Director General (Rs.67,000–79,000) and as Additional Director General Member."

का.नि.आ. 22.—केन्द्रीय सरकार सेना अध्निियम, 1950 ;1950 का 46द्ध की धरा 191 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों और इस निमित्त समर्थकारी सभी अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सेना नियम, 1954 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :—

उन्मोचन के आधर उन्मोचन प्राध्कृित करने के लिए सक्षम प्राध्किारी उन्मोचन की रीति 2

S.R.O. 22.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 191 of the Army Act, 1950 (XLVI of 1950), and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Army Rules, 1954, namely, —
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Army (Amendment) Rules, 2010.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule 13 - In rule 13 of the Army Rules, 1954, in the Table,—
(a) against the category Junior Commissioned Officer specified in column 1, in column 2, after item "I. (ii)" and the entries relating thereto in columns 3 and 4, the following item and entries shall respectively be inserted, namely,—
Grounds of discharge Competent authority to Manner of discharge
authorise discharge

"I.(ii) (a) Having been found to be in permanent Commanding The individual will be discharged from low medical category SHAPE 2/3 by a medical Officer service on the recommendations of board and when :— Release Medical Board.'';
(i) no sheltered appointment is available in the unit, or
(ii) is surplus to the organization.
(b) against the category Warrant Officer specified in column 1, in column 2, after item "(II). (ii)" and the entries relating thereto in columns 3 and 4, the following item and entries shall respectively be inserted, namely, —
Grounds of discharge Competent authority to Manner of discharge

"II. (ii) (a) Having been found to be in permanent Commanding The individual will be discharged from low medical category SHAPE 2/3 by a medical Officer service on the recommendations of board and when :— Release Medical Board.'';
(i) no sheltered appointment is available in the unit, or
(ii) is surplus to the organization.
(c) against the category Persons enrolled under the Act who have been attested specified in column 1, in column 2, after item "III. (iii)" and the entries relating thereto in columns 3 and 4, the following item and entries shall respectively be inserted, namely,—
