3. चयन सूची में अधिकारी की नियुक्ति अनुमोदित सेवा तथा अवर सचिव के रूप में सैद्धांतिक आधार पर वेतन का निर्धारण 1 जुलाई, 2007 से प्रभावी माना जाएगा । तथापि , वास्तविक लाभ के. सचि.से. के अवर सचिव के ग्रेड में नियुक्त किए गए अधिकारी के केवल कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से देय होंगे ।
