सा.का.नि. 98. राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , जल संसाधन मंत्रालय , केन्द्रीय भूमिगत जल बोर्ड ( जिल्दसाज ) भर्ती नियम , 2000 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जल संसाधन मंत्रालय , केन्द्रीय भूमिगत जल बोर्ड ( जिल्दसाज ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2010 है । ( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
अर्थात्: - 2. केन्द्रीय भूमिगत जल बोर्ड ( जिल्दसाज ) भर्ती नियम , 2000 में, अनुसूची के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुसूची रखी जाएगी , 2039 GI / 2010

टिप्पण 1 : आयु- सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन प्राप्त करने के लिए नियत की गई अंतिम तारीख होगी । ( न कि वह अंतिम तारीख जो असम , मेघालय , अरुणाचल प्रदेश , मिजोरम , मणिपुर , नागालैंड , त्रिपुरा , सिक्किम , जम्मू- कश्मीर राज्य के लद्दाख खंड , हिमाचल प्रदेश के लाहौल और स्पीति जिले तथा चम्बा जिले के पांगी उप - खंड , अंदमान और निकोबार द्वीप तथा लक्षद्वीप के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विहित की गई है । )
टिप्पण 2 : रोजगार कार्यालयों के माध्यम से की जाने वाली नियुक्तिकी दशा में , आयु-सीमा अवधारित करने के लिए निर्णायक तारीख वह अंतिम तारीख होगी जिस तक रोजगार कार्यालयों से नाम् भेजने के लिए कहा गया है ।

G. S. R. 98. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Water Resources , the Central Ground Water Board ( Binder) Recruitment Rules , 2000 namely:-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Ministry of Water Resources , the Central Ground Water Board ( Binder ) Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules , 2010.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Central Ground Water Board (Binder ) Recruitment Rules , 2000 , for the Schedule , the following Schedule shall be substituted , namely :-

G. S. R. 100. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Ground Water Board Technical Operator ( Drilling ) Recruitment Rules , 1986 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Ground Water Board Technical Operator (Drilling ) Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules , 2010 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Central Ground Water Board Technical Operator ( Drilling ) Recruitment Rules , 1986 for the Schedule , the following Schedule shall be substituted , namely
