2. उनके पुनर्नियोजन की अवधि माननीय सभापति, राज्य सभा द्वारा न्यायाधीश ( जांच ) अधिनियम , 1968 के अधीन गठित जांच समिति के कार्यकाल के साथ सह- पदावसान आधार पर अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , होगी । उनके पुनर्नियोजन के अन्य निबंधन सरकारी कर्मचारियों पर लागू पुनर्नियोजन के मानक निबंधनों के अनुसार होंगे ।
