2. उपर्युक्त सहायकों की अनुभाग अधिकारी के रूप में तदर्थ आधार पर पदोन्नति निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अध्यधीन होगी:-- (i ) जब तक कि नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी उपलब्ध नहीं होते, जो भी पहले हो तदर्थ पदोन्नति की अवधि 30.06.2010 तक होगी ।

अनुभाग अधिकारी की चयन सूची में शामिल करने अथवा के. सचि. से. के अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का उनको कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा । ( iii ) तदर्थ व्यवस्था तब तक जारी रहेगी जब तक कि अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में नियमित उम्मीदवार या तो वरिष्ठता कोटा अथवा सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा ( एल डी सी ई ) द्वारा उपलब्ध नहीं होते हैं । यदि तदर्थ आधार पर नियुक्त व्यक्ति इन दोनों वर्गों में से किसी वर्ग में अर्हता नहीं प्राप्त करते हैं, तो का. एवं प्रशि. विभाग द्वारा उन्हें आबंटित संबंधित संवर्ग एककों में नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी के कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से ऐसे नियमित अधिकारी के उपलब्ध होने पर उन्हें सहायक ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित कर दिया जाएगा ।
