सं. पी.एफ.जी. ( 493 )/90-प्रशा.- II श्री के. एल. कम्बोज, आई.सी.एल.एस. के कनिष्ठ प्रशासनिक ग्रेड के अधिकारी ने अपने स्थानांतरण के फलस्वरूप दिनांक 24.05.2010 से क्षेत्रीय निदेशक कार्यालय (उत्तरी क्षेत्र ) , नोएडा में संयुक्त निदेशक ( निरीक्षण ) के पद का कार्यभार संभाल लिया है ।
2. केन्द्र सरकार कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 209क की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री के. एल . कम्बोज, संयुक्त निदेशक को एतद्वारा धारा 209 क के प्रयोजनार्थ प्राधिकृत करती है ।

2. Inexercise of the powers conferred by Clause ( ii ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 209A ofthe Companies Act , 1956, the Central Government hereby authorize Shri K. L. Kamboj , JointDirector ( Inspection) for the purpose of the said Section 209A.
