(परीक्षा ) /मई/2010 दिनांक 19 जनवरी , 2010 , यह साधारण सूचना कि वृत्तिक सक्षमता पाठ्यक्रम परीक्षा ( पी.सी.ई. ) पेपर- I एडवांस अकांऊंटिंग जोकि दिनांक 04 मई, 2010 को हुआ था उसी संदर्भ में श्री राहुल चेरीअन , क्रमांक 25324 की उत्तर पुस्तिका खो जाने के कारण परीक्षा रद्द की गई । कथित परीक्षा पुनः 10 जुलाई , 2010 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे से सायं 01.00 बजे तक होगी । परीक्षा केन्द्र दि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स ऑफ इण्डिया के Southern India Regional Office ofthe ICAI, ICAI Bhawan 122 , Mahatma Gandhi Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034 होगा । पहले से जारी किया गया प्रवेश पत्र मान्य रहेगा ।

कार्यकारिणी परिषद की सभा के लिए कार्यकारिणी परिषद् के सात सदस्यों का कोरम होगा।
कार्यकारिणी परिषद् को सभा के लिए कार्यकारिणी परिषद् के सात सदस्यों का कोरम होगा।
' इसकी छूट होगी कि एक्ट कीधारा 44 के स्थित्यंतरणीय प्रवधानता के तहत् गठित पहली कार्यकारिणी परिषद् कीसभा में पांच सदस्यों का कोरमहोगा ।

प्रथम कार्यकारिणी परिषद केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा नामंकित 11 सदस्यों को लिया हुआ है, जो स्तरीय शिक्षणतज्ञ एवं विशिष्ट व्यक्तित्व संपन्न हैं । कारण, इनमें अनेकों कोकिसी विशिष्ट समय या अवधि के तहत् उपस्थित होना असंभव सा होता है । साथ ही, ये सदस्य, देश के विविध प्रांतों से चुने हुए होते हैं । उपयुक्त निदेग्शानुर, 7 सदस्यों को सभा के कोरम की पूर्ति हेतु उपस्थित हो पाना असंभव सा है और 11 सदस्यों की मंडली हेतु यह संख्या अधिक ही है। कार्यकारिणी परिषद् के क्रियाकलार्पो को अधिक प्रभावी प्रभावी एवं प्रयोगात्मक बनाने हेतु, यह संशोधन प्रस्ताववित है । उच्चशिक्षा विभाग , मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली , ने अधिकृत पत्र संख्या एफ. 42-26/2009 - डेस्क यू ( यू) , दिनांक12 अप्रैल, 2010, के तहत् उपर्युक्त अधिनियम हेतु निरीक्षक की अनुमति संप्रेषित की है ।

No. 13 -CA (Exam .)/J/2010 - III-In Continuation to the Institute's Notification No. 13 -CA (Exam .) .M/2010 dated 19th January 2010, it is notified for the general information that paper- I , Advanced Accounting of Professional Competence Examination held on 4th May, 2010 in respect of Sh . Rahul Cherian , Roll No. 25324 whose Answer bookwas reported to be missing stands cancelled. The said examination will now be held again on 10th July, 2010 from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM . The venue of the examination will be Southern India Regional Office of the ICAI , ICAI Bhawan , 122 , Mahatma Gandhi Road, Nungambakkam , Chennai - 600034 . Admit Card already issuedwill remainvalid.

The first Executive Council has 11 members nominated by the Central Government who are eminent academicians and distinguished persons. It may not be possible for most of the members to be present on a specific date . Further , the members are drawn from various parts of the country. Given the above facts, it may not be possible for 7 members to be present to fulfil the quorum for the meeting which seems very high for a body of 11 members . Inview of the above and to make the functioning of the Executive Council more effective and practicable , the amendment is proposed.
The Department of Higher Education , Minisatry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi, vide its letter No. F. 42-26/2009 -Deesk (U) dated 12th April , 2010 , has communicated the assent of the Visitor for the aobve amendment ofStatute 11 .
