2. The appointment of the above named Assistants to the post of Section Officers on ad hoc basis is subject to the following conditions:-
(a) The period of ad hoc promotion would be upto 31.12.2010 or till the regular Section Officers are made available or until further orders , whichever is earlier.
(b) The ad hoc appointment shall not confer on the appointee any right to continue in the grade indefinitely or for inclusion in the Select List of Section Officers for regular appointment or to claim Seniority in the Section Officers Grade ofCSS .
