भारत के राजपत्र ( सं . 27 ) , भाग- IV, दिनांक 3 जुलाई--9 जुलाई, 2010 में प्रकाशित एक्सचेंज के नियमों में प्रस्तावित मसौदा संशोधनों में निम्नलिखित शुद्धि को नोट किया जाए :
प्रतिभूति संविदा (विनियमन ) नियमावली, 1957 के नियम 18 की अपेक्षाओं के अनुसार , नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज के उप - नियमों के प्रस्तावित संशोधन , जैसाकि नीचे दिए गए हैं, सामान्य धारा अधिनियम, 1897 की धारा 23 के उपबंधों के अनुसार आलोचना के लिए भारत केशासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किए जाते हैं । उप- नियमों के प्रस्तावित संशोधनों पर प्रेक्षण रखने वाला कोई व्यक्ति उन्हें लिखित में अधोहस्ताक्षरी को राजपत्र में इस प्रकाशन की तारीख से पन्द्रह दिन के अंदर एक्सचेंज प्लाजा, प्लाट सी-1, ब्लाक-जी , बांद्रा कुर्ला कॉम्पलेक्स, बांद्रा ( पूर्व ) , मुंबई-400514 को भेज सकता है । 15 दिन की उपरोक्त अवधि के पश्चात् प्राप्त प्रेक्षणों पर संशोधन के मसौदे पर विचार करते समय ध्यान में नहीं रखा जाएगा ।
