2. तदर्थ प्रोन्नतियां निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन होगीं:-- (i ) तदर्थ प्रोन्नति की अवधि दिनांक 31.12.2010 तक या नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारियों के उपलब्ध होने तक , जो भी पहले हो , तक होगी ।

(iii ) ये तदर्थ नियुक्तियां, अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरीयता कोटा या सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के माध्यम से नियमित उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध होने तक जारी रहेगी । तदर्थ आधार पर नियुक्त किए गए व्यक्ति के इन दोनों में से किसी भी श्रेणी में नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए अर्हता प्राप्त न करने की दशा में, उन्हें उस तारीख से सहायक ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित कर दिया जाएगा , जिस तारीख को नियमित अधिकारी ( नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी ) उपलब्ध हो जाएगें अर्थात् जिस तारीख से वे ( नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी ) कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा उन्हें आवंटित संबंधित कैडर में कार्यभार संभाल लेंगे।

(iii ) तदर्थ नियुक्तियां तब तक जारी रहेंगी जब तक वरिष्ठता कोटा या सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा ( एल.डी.सी.ई. ) के माध्यम से अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में नियमित उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध नही हो जाते । उस स्थिति में तब तदर्थ नियुक्त अधिकारी उक्त दो श्रेणियों में से किसी में भी नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होता है तो वह ऐसे नियमित अधिकारी के उपलब्ध होने पर इस विभाग द्वारा उस अधिकारी के संबंधित संवर्ग इकाई में उसके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से सहायक ग्रेड में वापस चले जाएंगे ।
