सं. 1/6/2008 - वि.सा.प्र. ( हि.वि.पु. ) विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय , विधायी विभाग ( विधि साहित्य प्रकाशन ) के संकल्प सं. ई. - 13016/3/76- वि.सा.प्र. (हि.वि.पु. ) तारीख 4 मई, 1976 के पैरा 3 में :--
(क) उपपैरा (1 ) के खंड (i ) में " प्रथम पुरस्कार 25,000/- रुपये " से आरंभ होने वाले और " 50,000/- रुपये ( पचास हजार रुपये ) से अधिक नहीं होगी " शब्दों, अंकों और कोष्ठकों से समाप्त होने वाला भाग के स्थान पर " प्रथम पुरस्कार 50,000/ - रुपये ( पचास हजार रुपये ) का, द्वितीय पुरस्कार 30,000/- रुपये ( तीस हजार रुपये) का, तृतीय पुरस्कार 20,000/- रुपये (बीस हजार रुपये ) का होगा । मूल्यांकन समिति की सिफारिश पर प्रत्येक ग्रुप में किसी भी प्रवर्ग में एक से अधिक पुरस्कार दिए जा सकते हैं, किन्तु उस ग्रुप में दिए जाने वाले पुरस्कारों की कुल रकम 1,00,000 /- रुपये ( एक लाख रुपये ) से अधिक नहीं हागी " शब्द और अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;
(ख) उपपैरा (IV) के खंड (ii ) में " 25,000/- रुपये ( पच्चीस हजार रुपये ) " अंकों, शब्दों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर " 50,000/- रुपये ( पचास हजार रुपये ) " अंक, शब्द और कोष्ठक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

सं. 1 ( 17 ) /एसआईसीडीपी/क्लस्टर/टीएम/ 2006--केन्द्र सरकार ने सूक्ष्म एवं लघु उद्यम/क्लस्टर विकास कार्यक्रम ( एमएसई- सीडीपी ) के दिशा निर्देशों में संशोधनों का अनुमोदन प्रदान कर दिया है । यह योजना 11 वीं पंचवर्षीय योजना के दौरान 303.63 करोड़ रुपये के कुल परिव्यय से कार्यान्वित की जाती रहेगी । योजना का उद्देश्य सॉफ्ट इंटरवेंशन ( तकनीकी सहायता, क्षमता निर्माण , एक्सपोसर दौरों, बाजार विकास , विश्वास निर्माण, आदि ) , हार्ड इंटरवेंशन ( परीक्षण डिजाईन केन्द्र, उत्पादन केन्द्र, एफल्युऐन्ट ट्रीटमेंट प्लान्ट, प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र, अनुसंधान एवं विकास केन्द्र, कच्चा माल बैंक/बिक्री केन्द्र, उत्पाद प्रदर्शन केन्द्र, सूचना केन्द्र आदि हेतु सामान्य सुविधा केन्द्रों, की स्थापना ) तथा अवस्थापना विकास ( भूमि का विकास , जल आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था, निकासी, विद्युत वितरण, सामान्य कैपटिव उपयोग हेतु ऊर्जा के गैर - परम्परागत स्रोतों, सड़कों का निर्माण , प्राथमिक उपचार केन्द्र, कैन्टीन आदि जैसी सामान्य सुविधाओं, आदि) द्वारा सूक्ष्म एवं लघु उद्यमों की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता तथा उत्पादकता में वृद्धि करना है । 2. योजना का ब्यौरा तथा संशोधित दिशा- निर्देश विकास आयुक्त ( सू.ल.म.उ. ) का कार्यालय की वेबसाईट अर्थात् www.dcmsme.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है ।

सं . 81 ( 1 ) /डीपीआर/ आईसीटी/2008/आईटी केन्द्र सरकार ने कुल 105.00 करोड़ रुपये के बजट ( जिसमें 47.70 करोड़ रुपये का भारत सरकार का अंशदान शामिल है ) से राष्ट्रीय विनिर्माण प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता कार्यक्रम ( एनएमसीपी ) के तहत् ' एमएसएमई क्षेत्र में सूचना एवं संचार प्रौद्योगिकी ( आईसीटी ) का संवर्धन " नाम से एक योजना अनुमोदित की है, जिसे 11वीं योजना अवधि के दौरान कार्यान्वित किया जाना है । इस योजना का प्रमुख उद्देश्य प्रभावी एमएसएमई क्लस्टरों को अपने उत्पादन एवं व्यवसाय प्रक्रियाओं में आईसीटी संसाधनों और अनुप्रयोगों को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करना और सहायता करना है ताकि राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में उनकी उत्पादकता एवं प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता में सुधार लाया जा सके ।

No. 1 / 6 /2008 - VSP (HLB )-In the Resolution No. E- 13016/3 /76-VSP (HLB) , dated the 4th May, 1976 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law and Justice , Legislative Department ( Vidhi Sahitya Prakashan) , in paragraph 3 , --
(a) in sub- paragraph (I ) , in clause (i ), for the portion beginning with the words , letters , figures and brackets "The first prize shall be " and ending with the words, letters and figures "not exceed Rs . 50,000/- " the words , letters, figures and brackets " The first prize shall be of an amount of Rs . 50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) , the second of an amount of Rs . 30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand), the third of an amount of Rs . 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) . On the recommendations of Evaluation Committee more than one prize of any category maybe awarded in each group whatsoever but the total amount of the prizes awarded in that group shall not exceed Rs . 1,00,000/- " shall be substituted;
(b) in sub - paragraph ( IV) , in clause ( ii ) , for the words, letters , figures and brackets " one prize of Rs . 25,000/- (rupees twenty - five thousand) " the words, letters , figures and brackets "Rs . 50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) " shall be substituted.

The scheme will continue to be implemented at a total outlay of Rs . 303.63 crore during 11th Five Year Plan . The scheme aims at enhancing the competitiveness and productivity of Micro & Small Enterprises by undertaking soft interventions (Technical assistance , capacity building , exposure visits , market development , trust building , etc. ) , Hard Intervention [ setting up of Common Facility Centers (CFCs ) for Testing , Design Centre , Production Centre , Effluent Treatment Plant, Training Centre , R& D Centre , Raw Material Bank/ Sales Depot , Product Display Centre , Information Centre , etc ] and Infrastructure Development(Development of land , provision ofwater supply, drainage , power distribution , non - conventional sources ofEnergy for common captive use , construction of roads , common facilities such as First Aid Centre , Canteen , etc) .

No. 81 ( 1 ) /DPR/ICT/2008 / IT/ 68-The Central Government has approved a scheme titled , " Promotion of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in MSME sector " under the National Manufacturing Competitiveness Programme (NMCP ) with a total budget of 105.00 crore ( including Government of India contribution of ₹ 47.70 crore) to be implemented during the 11th Plan period . The main objective of the scheme is to encourage and assist the potential MSME clusters to adopt ICT tools and applications in their production & business processes , with a view to mproving their productivity and competitiveness in national and international markets .
