2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति पूर्ण रूप से तदर्थ आधार पर की जा रही है तथा इस ग्रेड में अनिश्चितकाल तक बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल होने अथवा सीएसएस के अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का उन्हें कोई अधिकार नहीं होगा । सरकार के पास किसी भी समय उपर्युक्त तदर्थ नियुक्ति को बिना कोई कारण बताए समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है ।
