सं. गैबैपवि. 215/मुमप्र ( यूएस ) -2010-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक, इस बात से संतुष्ट होने पर कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 ( 1934 का 2 ) की धारा 45 - ढग द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा यह घोषित करता है कि कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 25 के अंतर्गत लाभ न कमाने वाली कम्पनी के रूप में पंजीकृत तथा नेशनल स्किल डेवलपमेंट कारपोरेशन के बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रस्टीज द्वारा विनियमित होने के कारण नेशनल स्किल डेवलपमेंट कारपोरेशन पर भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम की धारा 45- झक, 45- झख तथा 45- झग के उपबंध निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अनुपालन के तहत् लागू नहीं होंगे:--
( 1) कि यह कारपोरेशन अपने कार्य उन कार्यों तक सीमित रखेगा जिनके लिए उनकी स्थापना हुई है; तथा विशिष्ट कार्यों के सिवाय ऋण तथा अग्रिम जारी नहीं करेगा;
(ii) 31 जनवरी 1998 की अधिसूचना सं. डीएफसी. 118/डीजी ( एसपीटी ) -98, समय- समय पर अद्यतनीकृत , के पैराग्राफ 2 ( 1 )( xii ) में यथा परिभाषित जनता से जमाराशियां न तो स्वीकार करेगा या न तो धारण करेगा;
( ii ) भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम , 1934 की धारा 45 - झ ( ग ) में उल्लिखित कोई कार्य, उक्त मद सं. ( i ) में वर्णित कार्य से भिन्न, नहीं करेगा ।

(क ) (वाणिज्यिक पेपर सहित ) कुल बकाया अग्रिमों के 5 % अथवा
(क) विगत वर्ष की 31 मार्च को यथा आवास वित्त कम्पनी की निवल संपत्ति की 20 प्रतिशत से अधिक शेयरों , परिवर्तनीय बांडों/डिबेंचरों , इक्विटीअभिविन्यासी म्युचुअल फंड की यूनिटों तथा उद्यम/जोखिम पूंजी (पंजीकृत तथा गैर पंजीकृत दोनों ) में निवेश
(ख ) यथा 31 मार्च को पूर्ववत् वर्ष के कम्पनी के निवल धन के 20% में से जोकि कम है , से अधिक है ।
(ख) विगम वर्ष को 31 मार्च को यथा कंपनी की संपत्ति का 40% से अधिक पूंजी बाजार में सभी स्वरूपों में ( निधि आधारित एवं गैर निधि आधारित दोनों का) कुल निवेश

एस.ओ. बैंककारी कंपनी अधिनियम 1970 ( 1970 का 5 ) ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण ) की धारा 12 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 19 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कार्पोरेशन बैंक का निदेशक मण्डल भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक से परामर्श करके और सरकारी पूर्वानुमति से कार्पोरेशन बैंक ( कर्मचारी ) पेंशन विनियम , 1995 में संशोधन करते हुए, निम्नवत् विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्: --
1. (1 ) ये विनियम कार्पोरेशन बैंक ( कर्मचारी ) पेंशन ( संशोधन) विनियम, 2009 कहे जाएंगे ।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन के दिनांक से लागू होंगे । भाग III-खण्ड 4]

7539 2. कार्पोरेशन बैंक ( कर्मचारी ) पेंशन ( संशोधन ) विनियम, 1995 में ( जोकि आगे उक्त विनियम कहा गया है ) , विनियम 2, खंड ( ओ ) में उप खंड ( सी) के लिए निम्नलिखित उप खंड प्रतिस्थापित होगा, अर्थात्: --
" ( सी ) विधवा या विवाहमुक्त पुत्री सहित पुत्र या पुत्री उनके 25 वर्ष की आयु तक या उसके विवाह या पुनर्विवाह तक जो भी पहले हो । यह वह पुत्र या पुत्री सहित है जो कानूनी तौर पर अपनाया/अपनाई गया/गई है।"
3. उक्त विनियमों में, उप- खंड (3 ) के बाद विनियम 8 में, निम्नवत् उप- खंड जोड़ा जाए:
" (4) न्यासी की नियुक्ति की अवधि 3 वर्षों के लिए होगी और बैंक ऐसे न्यासी की पुनर्नियुक्ति कर सकता है, जिसने अपनी अवधि पूरी की हो; बशर्ते कि किसी भी न्यासी की दो अवधियों से अधिक के लिए पुनर्नियुक्ति न हो । "
4. उक्त विनियमों में, विनियम 9 में, निम्नवत् परन्तुक जोड़ा जाए, यथा :
" बशर्ते कि ऐसे सभी निर्देश लिखित रूप में दिए जाएं और उससे प्रयोजन या लक्ष्य साधित हो । "
5. उक्त विनियमों में, विनियम10, उप- खंड (2 ) में, प्रारंभ में " प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष की समाप्ति से एक सौ अस्सी दिनों के भीतर ", शब्दों के स्थान पर " बैंक के तुलन पत्र के प्रकाशन की तिथि से साठ दिनों के भीतर " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित होंगे ।

सं. एन-15/13/6/1/2010 यो. एवं वि. कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( सामान्य ) विनियम 1950 के विनियम 95-क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा 46( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 सितम्बर, 2010 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम 95 - क तथा केरल कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम, 1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ केरल राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात् " कौलैकोड विल्लेज, नेडुमनगाड तालुक, तिरुवनन्तपुरम"

(iii) Not carry on any other financial activity referred to in Section 45 I (c) of the RBI Act , 1934 except as referred to at ( i ) above.

Corporation Bank in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Corporation Bank (Employees ' ) Pension Regulations , 1995, namely :-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Corporation Bank (Employees ' ) Pension (Amendment) Regulations ,2009 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2.Inthe Corporation Bank (Employees ' ) Pension Regulations , 1995 , (hereinafter referred as the said regulations) , in regulation 2, in clause (o) , for sub-clause ( c) , the following sub -clause shall be substituted, namely :-
"(c) son or daughter including widow or divorced daughter till he or she attains the age of twenty five years or upto his or her marriage or re- marriage , whichever is earlier including such son or daughter adopted legally."
3. In the said regulations , in regulation 8 after sub - regulation (3) , the following sub - regulation shall be inserted namely :-
"(4) The term of appointment of trustee shall be for a period of three years and the Bank may re-appoint a trustee who has already completed his term; provided that no trustee shall be appointed for more than two terms. "
4. In the said regulations , in regulation 9, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-- "Provided that all such direction shall be given in writing and shall specify the purpose or objective" .

In the said Regulations , regulation 10 , in sub - regulation (2) , in the opening portion , for the words " Within one hundred and eighty days from the closing of each financial year" , the words " Within sixty days from the date ofpublication of the Balance Sheet of the Bank" shall be substituted.
