डिप्टी डायरेक्टर ऑफ फारवर्ड मार्केट कमीशन ने फारवर्ड कॉन्ट्रेक्ट ( रेग्युलेशन ) एक्ट, 1952 ( 74 ऑफ 1952 ) के सेक्शन II के सब सेक्शन ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत एवम् भारत सरकार मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ कॉमर्स एण्ड इण्डस्ट्री के नोटिफिकेशन नं एस-ओ 1162, दिनांक 4 मई, 1960 के साथ दी सुरेन्द्रनगर कॉटन ऑयल एण्ड ऑयल सीड्स एसोसिएशन लिमिटेड के निम्नलिखित पेटाकानून को सुधार करने की अनुमति दिनांक 1 फरवरी , 2010 को मिली है और वही सेक्शन II के सब सेक्शन 4 फारवर्ड कॉन्ट्रेक्ट, एक्ट, 1952 तले प्रदर्शित किया जाता है ।

मार्च-अप्रैल के लिये डिलिवरी अवधि 15 मार्च से 29 अप्रैल रहेगी और 15 मार्च से 29 अप्रैल के सभी सोमवार, बुधवार, शुक्रवार ( जब ऐसे दिन बोर्ड द्वारा छुट्टी पर जायेगा ) निविदा दिनों के रूप में जाना जायेगा ।
मई के लिये डिलिवरी अवधि 15 मार्च से 14 मई रहेगी और 15 मार्च से 14 मई के सभी सोमवार, बुधवार, शुक्रवार (जब ऐसे दिन बोर्ड द्वारा छुट्टी पर जायेगा ) निविदा दिनों के रूप में जाना जायेगा ।

The approval of the Deputy Director, Forward Markets Commission, under Section 11 ( 1 ) of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification No. S.O. 1162, dated 4th May, 1960 has been obtained on the 10th August, 2010 to the following amendment made to the Bye- laws ofNational Board of Trade Limited, Indore, the same is notified under sub- section 4 of Section 11 of the said Act .
AMENDMENTS
509(d) "Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing provisions and any other provisions of the Bye - laws of the Exchange pertaining to the delivery in respect of Soy Oil , the Exchange would receive delivery information from the designated clearing members and match on the last trading day of the contract month. The buyers /sellers who have to receive/ give delivery would be notified on the same day after the closing of the trading hours . "
