आ.अ. 78.-यतः, निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है कि 10 - त्रिस्सुर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से लोक सभा के साधारण निर्वाचन , 2009 के लिए निर्वाचन लड़ने वाला अभ्यर्थी श्री एन . के. रवि लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 , तथा तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहा ; और
यतः , उक्त अभ्यर्थी ने उक्त नियम के अधीन अपने निर्वाचन व्यय का कोई अभ्यावेदन/लेखा प्रस्तुत नहीं किया ।
और यतः , जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी और कलेक्टर , त्रिस्सुर ने अपने अनुपूरक रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि उन्होंने अब तक अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का लेखा प्रस्तुत नहीं किया है;
अतः, अब , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 10 क के अनुसरण में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा श्री एन. के. रवि को संसद के किसी सदन या किसी राज्य या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र की विधान 3485 G1/ 2010

आ.अ. 80.- यतः , निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है कि 18 - कोल्लम संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से लांक सभा के साधारण निर्वाचन, 2009 के लिए निर्वाचन लड़ने वाला अभ्यर्थी श्री एन. पीताम्बर कुरूप लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 , तथा तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहा: और
आ.अ. 79, यतः , निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधान हो गया है कि केरल से 100 -अलप्पुजा विधान सभा के लिए उप - निर्वाचन के लिए निर्वाचन लड़ने वाला अभ्यर्थी श्री शुक्कूर लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 , तथा तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का लेखा दाखिल करने में असफल रहा; और यतः , उक्त अभ्यर्थी ने उक्त नियम के अधीन अपने निर्वाचन व्यय का कोई अभ्यावेदन/लेखा प्रस्तुत नहीं किया ।
यतः , उक्त अभ्यर्थी ने उक्त नियम के अधीन अपने निर्वाचन व्यय का कोई अभ्यावेदन लेखा प्रस्तुत नहीं किया । और यतः , जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी और कलेक्टर , अलुप्पुजा ने अपने अनुपूरक रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि उन्होंने अब तक अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का लेखा प्रस्तुत नहीं किया है ;
और यतः , जिन्ना निर्वाचन अधिकारी और कलेक्टर , कोल्लम ने अपने अनुपूरक रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि उन्होंने अब तक अपने निर्वाचन व्ययों का संखा प्रस्तुत नहीं किया है:
अतः , अब , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1951 की धारा 10क के अनुसरण में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा श्री शुक्कूर को संसद के किसी सदन या किसी राज्य या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र की विधान सभा/विध ान परिषद् के सदस्य चुने जाने और होने के लिए , इस आदेश की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए निरर्हित घोषित करता है ।

आ.अ. 85. लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग त्रिपुरा सरकार के प्रशासन के परामर्श से एतद्वारा श्री संजीव रंजन आई.ए.एस. के स्थान पर श्री के. वी. सत्यनारायण , आई. ए. एस. ( एम टी -82 ) , को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए त्रिपुरा राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्री के.वी. सत्यनारायण , त्रिपुरा सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे , जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे ।

3. श्री के. वी. सत्यनारायण , मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी , त्रिपुरा के रूप में कार्य करते हुए त्रिपुरा सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार काकोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी , सरकार का सचिव पदभिहित किया जायेगा ।
[सं. 154/त्रिपुरा./2010 का प्रशासन ] आदेश से , शंगारा राम , प्रधान सचिव New Delhi , the 16th September, 2010 O. N. 85. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950 ) the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Tripura hereby nominates Sri K.V. Satyanarayana, IAS , ( MT: 82 ) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Tripura with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Sh. Sanjeev Ranjan , IAS .
2. Sri K.V. Satyanarayana , IAS shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Tripura , which he may be holding before such assumption of office .
3. Sri K.V. Satyanarayana , IAS while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer , Tripura shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Tripura except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat .
