सं.1/1/2010- सी.टी.- II--भारत सरकार में सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने दिनांक 05.05.2010 के समसंख्यक संकल्प द्वारा गठित कपास सलाहकार बोर्ड में श्री वेनुस वीरारासु, सं. 48 स्पार्टन एवेन्यू, मुगाप्पायर पूर्व, थिरूवल्लूर नगर, चेन्नई-600037 को तत्काल प्रभाव से सदस्य के रूप में शामिल करने का निर्णय किया है :--
2. दिनांक 05.05.2010 की संकल्प सं.1/1/2010- सी.टी.- II उपर्युक्त सीमा तक संशोधित हो गया है ।
3. पुनर्गठित बोर्ड के सदस्य दिनांक 04.05.2012 तक बोर्ड में बने रहेंगे ।
4. आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति संबंधित व्यक्ति को भेजी जाए ।
5. यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

सं.1/1/(2 )/2010- आर. एंड डी.- II/8423--अधोहस्ताक्षरी को यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि भोपाल गैस रिसाव दुर्घटना से संबंधित सभी मुद्दों की जांच करने हेतु मंत्रियों के समूह द्वारा लिये गये निर्णय और उसके बाद मंत्रिमंडल द्वारा उसके अनुमोदन एवं इस संबंध में माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेशों के अनुसरण में, भोपाल स्मारक अस्पताल और अनुसंधान केन्द्र ( बीएमएचआरसी ) , भोपाल , जिसका प्रबंधन अब तक भोपाल स्मारक अस्पताल न्यास ( ट्रस्ट) द्वारा किया जा रहा था, का प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण, ट्रस्ट के परिसमापन सहित अनेक कानूनी एवं अन्य औपचारिकताओं के पूरा होने तक, दिनांक 2 अगस्त2010 से प्रभावी रूप में अनंतिम रूप से भारत सरकार द्वारा अपने हाथ में ले लिया गया है । अस्पताल द्वारा उपलब्ध करायी जा रही चिकित्सा सेवाओं को बनाये रखने को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक अंतरिम व्यवस्था के रूप में अस्पताल का दिन-प्रतिदिन का प्रशासन निदेशक, भोपाल स्मारक अस्पताल एवं अनुसंधान केन्द्र ( बीएचएमआरसी ) द्वारा चलाया जायेगा और उसका निरीक्षण परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग की ओर से उसके एक सहायता प्राप्त संस्थान, टाय स्मारक केन्द्र ( टीएमसी ) द्वारा किया जायेगा ।
2. सभी प्रशासनिक/विधिक/वित्तीय विषयों के संबंध में अनुदेश बाद में जारी किये जायेंगे जिसके लिए दिनांक 17.08.2010 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या 1/1 (2) / 2010-टीएमसी/आरएंडडी- II/7855 द्वारा एक अधिकार सम्पन्न समिति गठित की गयी है ।

RESOLUTION
No. 1 / 1 /2010 -CT- II--The Competent Authority in the Government of India hereby decides to include Shri Venus Veerarasu, No. -48 , Spartan Avenue , Mugappair East , Thiruvallur Nagar , Chennai - 600037 as a member of the Cotton Advisory Board, constituted vide Resolution of even No. dated 05.05.2010 , with immediate effect .
2. The Resolution No. 1 / 1 /2010-CT- II dated 05.05.2010 stands modified to the extent stated above .
3. The Members of the reconstituted Board will serve on the board upto 04.05.2012 .
4. Ordered that the copy of this Resolution be communicated to the concerned.
5. Ordered also that it be published in the Gazette of India.

RESOLUTION
No.1 /1 / (2 ) /2010 - R & D -II/TMC/8423-The undersigned is directed to state that in pursuance of the decisions taken by the Group ofMinisters to examine all the issues relating to Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster followed by the approval of the Cabinet and the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in this regard, the administrative control of the Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Centre (BMHRC) , Bhopal , hitherto managed by the Bhopal Memorial Hospital trust has been taken over provisionally by the Government of India with effect from 2nd August , 2010, pending completion of several legal and other formalities including winding up of the trust. As an interim arrangement and to ensure continuity of the medical services rendered by the Hospital, the day to day administration of the Hospital shall be carried out by Director, BMHRC and shall be overseen by the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), an aided institution under the administrative control of this Department on behalf of Department of Atomic Energy.
2. Further instructions on all administrative / legal/ financial matters will follow for which an Empowered Committee has been constituted by the Department of Atomic Energy vide OM No. 1/1 (2)/2010/TMC/R& D - II/ 7855 dated 17.08.2010.
