सं. आरएस 43/1/ 2010/85- कार्मिक श्री सुखविन्दर सिंह ग्रेवाल को 17 सितम्बर, 2010 के पूर्वाह्न से 15,600--39,100/- रुपये के वेतन बैंड-3 +5,400/- रुपये के ग्रेड वेतन और नियमों के अधीन देय सामन्य भत्तों के साथ राज्य सभा सचिवालय में पुनर्नियोजन आधार पर निजी सचिव के ग्रेड में नियुक्त किया गया है ।

सं. आरएस 1/2009/ 82-कार्मिक न्यायाधीश ( जांच ) अधिनियम, 1968 की धारा 3 के अधीन गठित और माननीय न्यायमूर्ति बी. सुदर्शन रेड्डीकी अध्यक्षता वाली समिति के कार्यकाल के समाप्त हो जाने पर समिति के सचिव श्री अजय सिन्हा की सेवाएं उन्हें 15 दिनों की समापन अवधि, जो 11 सितम्बर, 2010 के पूर्वाह्न से आरंभ होगी , देते हुए 25 सितम्बर, 2010 के अपराह्न को समाप्त हो जाएगी ।

2. श्री सुखविन्दर सिंह ग्रेवाल की पुनर्नियोजन की अवधि न्यायाधीश (जांच) अधिनियम, 1968 के अधीन राज्य सभा के माननीय सभापति द्वारा माननीय न्यायमूर्ति वी. एस. सिरपुरकर की अध्यक्षता में गठित जांच समिति के कार्यकाल के साथ समाप्त हो जाएगी या अगले आदेशों तक जारी रहेगी , इनमें से जो भी पहले हो । उनके पुनर्नियोजन की अन्य शर्तें सरकारी कर्मचारियों पर लागू पुनर्नियोजन की मानक शर्तों के अनुसार होगी ।

(क ) सीएसएस के ग्रेड- I ( अवर सचिव ) में यह पदोन्नति दिनांक 31.05.2011 तक या पदों को नियमित रूप से भरे जाने तक, जो भी पहले हो या अगले आदेशों तक, पूर्ण रूप से तदर्थ आधार पर है ।

(ख ) यह तदर्थ पदोन्नति अनिश्चित काल तक ग्रेड में बने रहने का या नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने अथवा सीएसएस के ग्रेड-1 वरीयता का दावा करने का अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी ।

(ग ) तदर्थ नियुक्तिकिसी भी समय बिना कारण बताए समाप्त की जा सकती है ।

2. यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित सेवा शर्तों के अध्यधीन होगी: -- ( i) इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से अनिश्चित काल के लिए इस ग्रेड में बने रहने के लिए अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में उनका नाम शामिल किए जाने अथवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के ग्रेड-1 में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने हेतु कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा ।

[भाग I-खण्ड2 (ii) यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी समय समाप्त की जा सकती है ।
