आ.अ. 99. लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13- क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्वारा श्री आई. वी. सुब्बा राव , आई. ए. एस. के स्थान पर श्री भंवर लाल , आई. ए. एस. ( ए. पी. 83 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है । 2. श्री भंवर लाल , आई. ए. एस. ( ए. पी. 83 ) , आन्ध्र प्रदेश सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे , जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे ।
3. श्री भंवर लाल , आई. ए. एस. ( ए. पी. 83 ) मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी आन्ध्र प्रदेश के रूप में कार्य करते हुए आन्ध्र प्रदेश सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं 4050 G1 /2010

करेंगे सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार का सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

O. N. 99. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950 ) the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby nominates Sri Bhanwar Lal , IAS ( AP: 83 ) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Andhra Pradesh with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vide Sh . I. V. Subba Rao , IAS .
2. Shri Bhanwar Lal , IAS ( AP : 83 ) shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Andhra Pradesh , which he may be holding before such assumption of office .

Shri Bhanwar Lal , IAS ( AP : 83) while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer , Andhra Pradesh shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Andhra Pradesh except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat .

आ.अ. 100.-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग नागालैंड सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्वारा श्री सी. जे. पोनराज , आई. ए. एस. के स्थान पर श्री जान- ए- आलम , आई. ए. एस. ( एन. एल. 91 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए नागालैंड राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है । 2. श्री जान-ए- आलम , आई. ए. एस. ( एन . एल. 91 ) , नागालैंड सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे , जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे ।
3. श्री जान- ए- आलम , आई. ए. एस. ( एन. एल. 91 ) मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी , नागालैंड के रूप में कार्य करते हुए नागालैंड सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी , सरकार का सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

J. Ponraj , IAS.
2. Shri Jane - E -Alam , IAS , (NL : 1991) shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges ofwork under the Government of Nagaland , which he may be holding before such assumption of office .
3. Shri Jane - E- Alam , IAS , ( NL : 1991 ) while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer , Nagaland shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Nagaland except that he should be

( एजीएमयू 97 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए मिजोरम राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्री के. रायछो, आई. ए. एस. ( एजीएमयू : 97 ) , मिजोरम सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदद्भारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे , जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे ।
3. श्री के. रायछो आई. ए. एस. ( एजीएमयू : 97 ) मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी , मिजोरम के रूप में कार्य करते हुए मिजोरम सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी , सरकार का सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

2. Shri K. Riachho , IAS ( AGMU : 97) shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges ofwork under the Government of Mizoram , which he may be holding before such assumption of office .
3. Shri K. Riachho , IAS , ( AGMU : 97 ) while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer , Mizoram shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Mizoram except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat .
