Onpromotion, the pay of the official will be fixed as per the relevant rules/instructions on the subject . If the above officials wish to give his option for choosing the date for fixation of pay under FR- 22 ( 1 ) ( a) ( i ) , he should do so within the stipulated time of one month .

The competent authority orders the promotion of Sh. Yogesh Chandra Papnai , Sh . Amit Kumar, Smt. Suman Jakhar, and Shri Gurvinder Singh in ASPO's cadre on adhoc and temporary basis for a period of not more than one year or till regular arrangement is made whichever is earlier and will not confer on them any right to claim seniority or regular absorption in the cadre, they may be reverted to their parent cadre at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason therefore. Their arrangements will automatically stands terminated on expiry of one year, in case no formal orders of reversion are issued prior to completion of one year.
