विषय : इस्पात मंत्रालय की इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद् के गठन के संबंध में ।
सं. 5 ( 3 ) /2009 - डी- I ( . ) इस्पात मंत्रालय के दिनांक 25.02.2010 , 15.04.2010 , 17.05.2010 , 26.05.2010 , 17.06.2010 , 17.08.2010 , 11.10.2010 और 26.10.2010 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के क्रम में इस्पात मंत्रालय के दिनांक 25.02.2010 के समसंख्यक संकल्प के पैरा 4 ( i ) के तहत श्री अमरेंद्र प्रताप सिंह मार्फत एपीईसी, मिनरल इंडस्ट्री, बसंत विहार, अपार्टमेंट ' ए ' ब्लॉक , सुंदरवास, राजस्थान पत्रिका के समीप , उदयपुर, राजस्थान के स्थान पर श्री मंथेना वेंकट नरसिम्हा सीथा राम राजू, निवासी फ्लैट नं. 22, लक्ष्मी गायत्री इंक्लेव, अपोजिट, एम.एन. आर. पीजी कॉलेज , समथानगर, एचएमटी हिल्स, कुकटपल्ली, हैदराबाद -500072 ( आंध्र प्रदेश ) को इस्पात मंत्रालय की इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद के सदस्य के रूप में एतद्वारा नामित किया जाता है ।
आदेश
आदेश है कि प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, संसद सचिवालय, योजना आयोग और भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक और इस्पात उपभोक्ता परिषद के सभी सदस्यों सहित सभी राज्य सरकारों, संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के प्रशासन, भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों और विभागों को उपर्युक्त संकल्प की एक प्रति संप्रेषित की जाए ।
2. यह भी आदेश है कि आम जानकारी के लिए इसे भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

In continuation of Ministry of Steel Resolutions of even number dated 25.02.2010 , 15.04.2010 , 17.05.2010 , 26.05.2010 , 17.06.2010 , 17.08.2010 , 11.10.2010 and 26.10.2010 Shri Manthena Venkata Narasimha Seetha Ram Raju, Resident of Flat No. 22 , Lakshmi Gayatri Enclave, Opp . M.N.R.P.G. College , Samathanagar, HMT Hills , Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500072 (Andhra Pradesh) is hereby nominated as Member to the Steel Consumers' Council of Ministry of Steel vice Shri Amrendra Prasad Singh , C/ o APEC Mineral Industry, Basant Vihar Apartment , "A " Block , Sunderwas , Near Rajasthan Patrika, Udaipur , Rajasthan , under Para. 4 ( i ) of this Ministry's Resolution dated 25.02.2010 , with immediate effect .
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of the above Resolution be communicated to all the State Governments , Union Territory Administrations , all the Ministries and the Departments of the Government of India including the Prime Minister's Office, Cabinet Secretariat , Parliament Secretariat , Planning Commission and the Comptroller and Auditor General of India and all the members of the Steel Consumers' Council .
2. Ordered also that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
