(रिज़र्व बैंक ) निदेश , 2007 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा निम्नवत अधिसूचित करता है अर्थात्: -- निदेश के पैराग्राफ 12 के अंत में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा: --
" प्रत्येक गैर बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनी तुलनपत्र की तारीख से तीन माह के
अंदर उसे अंतिम रूप दे देगी । "
उमा सुब्रमणियम प्रभारी मुख्य महाप्रबंधक बैपविवि. सं. पीएसबीडी/7516/ 16.01.061 /2010-11-- भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 ( 1934 का 2 ) की धारा 42 की उप - धारा ( 6 ) के खंड ( ग ) के अनुसरण में, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा निदेश देता है कि दिनांक 10 अगस्त 2010 से उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाएगा:--
" THE DHANLAKSHMI BANK LIMITED " की जगह "DHANLAXMI BANK LIMITED " शब्द होंगे ।

निदेश के पैराग्राफ 12 के अंत में निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा : --

अहमदाबाद -380014 , दिनांक 1 दिसम्बर 2010 सं. 37/पीटीडब्ल्यूआर/ एसआरएस/खो/एसएमसी/ 08-- कर्मचारी राज्य बीमानिगम (साधारण ) विनियम , 1950 के विनियम 105 के अधीन निगम की शक्तियां महानिदेशक को प्रदान करने के संबंध में कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम की दिनांक 25 अप्रैल , 1951 को हुई बैठक में पारित किए गए संकल्पके अनुसरण में तथा महानिदेशक के आदेश संख्या पीटी- फाइल- यू-13/ 12/13/2005 - पीटीएमआर ( मैडी.1 ) दि. 04.08.2008 द्वारा ये शक्तियां आगे मुझे सौंपी जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा निम्नलिखित डॉक्टर( रों ) को मानकों केअनुसार देय पारिश्रमिक पर निम्नलिखित तिथि तक एक वर्ष के लिए या पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी के कार्यग्रहण करने तक, जो भी पूर्व हो , को राज्य चिकित्सा आयुक्त ( गुजरात ) द्वारा निर्धारित क्षेत्र के लिए बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्यपरीक्षण करने तथा मूल प्रमाणपत्र की सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करता हूँ : -- डॉक्टर का नाम

अनुसूची (देखें: धारा 30 , त्रिपुरा विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 2006) संविधि: त्रिपुरा विश्वविद्यालय (प्रथम संशोधन ) , 2010
संक्षिप्त शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ :
( 1) इसे त्रिपुरा विश्वविद्यालय की संविधि (प्रथम संशोधन ) , 2010 माना जाएगा ।
(2 ) इसे भारत सरकार के अधिकृत राजपत्र में अधिसूचित तिथि से प्रभावी माना जाएगा ।
(1) संविधि 2 (4 ) में संशोधन :
वर्तमान
संशोधित 2 (4 ) कुलपति का कार्यकाल कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से 5 वर्ष अथवा 65 वर्ष की उम्र होने तक, जो पहले हो , का होगा और वह पुनर्नियुक्तिका अधिकारी नहीं होगा ।
2 ( 4 ) कुलपति का कार्यकाल कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से 5 वर्ष अथवा 70 वर्ष की उम्र होने तक, जो पहले हो, का होगा और वह पुनर्नियुक्ति का अधिकारी होगा किन्तु अगली एक अवधि से ज्यादा नहीं ।
पूर्ववत
फिर भी वह उक्त पांच वर्ष की अवधि समाप्त होने के बावजूद उसके उत्तराधिकारी की नियुक्ति होने तक पद पर बना रहेगा ।
पूर्ववत
पुनः विजिटर किसी कुलपति को कार्यावधि समाप्त होने के बाद भी पद पर बने रहने के लिए निर्देशित कर सकता है, परन्तु यह अवधि एक वर्ष से अधिक की नहीं होगी ।
2. निम्नलिखित संविधि 10A को त्रिपुरा विश्वविद्यालय की प्रथम संविधि 10 के बाद शामिल किया जाए ।

संकाय एवं विभिन्न विभाग के प्रतिनिधि:
(vii ) दोडीन, प्रत्येक संकाय से एक, वरिष्ठता एवं परिक्रमण के आधार पर ।
(viii ) अध्यादेश में उल्लिखित प्रावधान के अनुसार दो प्रोफैसरों की नियुक्ति की जाएगी ।
(ix) शैक्षिक विभागों के दो अध्यक्ष, जो प्रोफैसर न हों, की नियुक्ति वरिष्ठता एवं परिक्रमण के आधार पर कुलपति द्वारा की जाएगी । (x ) अध्यादेश में उल्लिखित प्रावधान के अनुसार एक सह एसोसियेट प्रोफेसर/ रीडर जो किसी विभाग का अध्यक्ष न हो एवं एक सहायक प्राध्यापक की नियुक्तिकी जाएगी ।
संबद्ध महाविद्यालयों के प्रतिनिधि :
(xi ) कुलपति द्वारा संबद्ध महाविद्यालयों के दो प्रिंसिपल, जिनमें से एक महिला हो, को वरिष्ठता एवं परिक्रमण के आधार पर नामित किया जाएगा तथा वरिष्ठता महाविद्यालय की स्थापना तिथि के आधार पर निर्धारित की जाएगी ।
(xii ) संबद्ध महाविद्यालयों के दो शिक्षकों, जिसमें से एक महिला हो, को कुलपति द्वारा नामित किया जाएगा ।
विशेष अभिरुचि एवं सम्मानित व्यवसाय के प्रतिनिधि सदस्य :
(xiii ) विजिटर द्वारा विशेष अभिरुचि एवं सम्मानित व्यवसायों-- जैसे--उद्योग , वाणिज्य, व्यापार संघ, बैंक एवं कृषि आदि से दो प्रतिनिधियों को नामित किया जाएगा ।
पंजीकृत स्नातक प्रतिनिधि:

व्याख्या : इस उपबंध के अंतर्गत वे
(2) कोर्ट के पदेन सदस्यों के अतिरिक्त अन्य सभी सदस्यों का कार्यकाल 3 वर्ष का होगा किन्तु छात्र प्रतिनिधियों का कार्यकाल एक वर्ष का होगा । छात्र जो महाविद्यालय से स्नातक उपाधि प्राप्त किये हो एवं जो अभी विश्वविद्यालय से सम्बद्ध हैं , तथा सम्बद्धता की तिथि से पूर्व उपाधिप्राप्त छात्र भी पंजीकरण के लिए योग्य हैं ।

(xx) Not more than one Member of the Executive Council, who is not otherwise member of the Court :
Provided that no employee of the University or a college or institution affiliated to the University shall be eligible to be a member of the Court under Clause (xiii) , (xiv) , (xv) , (xvii ) .
(2) All members of the Court, other than the Ex - officio members , shall hold office for a term of three years . However , the term of the student representatives shall be one year .
(3) Eleven members of the Court shall from a quorum for a meeting of the Court .
(4) The Chancellor, if present , shall preside over the meetings of the Court .

(xv) Two representatives of Parliament , one to be nominated by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha from among the members thereof and one to be nominated by the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha from among the members thereof. However , in the event that a member of Parliament becomes a Minister or Speaker / Deputy Speaker /Lok Sabha , or Deputy Chairman, Rajya Sabha, her /his nomination /Election on the Statutory Body shall be deemed to have been terminated .

12A: NIL 12A. ( 1 ) The Executive Council shall consist ofthe following members , namely :

(ii) Pro -Vice-Chancellor , if any, ex- officio,
(iii) Two Deans , one from each Faculty, by rotation according to seniority.
(iv) One Professor, other than a Dean by rotation according to seniority, to be nominated by the Vice- Chancellor.
(v) Secretary of Higher Education, Govt. of Tripura.
(vi) Two members of the Court, to be nominated by the Visitor , none of whom shall be an employee of the University or a college or an institution affiliated to or recognized by the University.
(vii) Three persons to be nominated by the Visitor.
(2) All the members of the Executive Council , other than ex - officio members , shall hold office for a term of three years.
(3) Seven members of the Executive Council shall form a quorum for a meeting of the Executive Council .
(4) Registrar shall be the Ex - Officio Secretary.
4) The following Statute 14A be inserted after Statute 14 in the First Statutes of Tripura University.

14A: NIL 14A . ( 1 ) The Academic Council shall consist of the following members , namely :
(i) Vice- Chancellor, ex - officio ,
(ii ) Pro - Vice-Chancellor, if any, ex-officio,

(vi) Two Heads of Departments , one from each Faculty, by

(vi) Two Principals of Colleges admitted to the privileges of the University, to be nomintaed by the Vice- Chancellor.
to (vii) Two teachers of the University, other than those under ( i) to ( v) above , by rotation according seniority ofwhich one shall be Associate professor/ Reader and one Assistant Professor/Lecturer .
Visitor's Nominees
(viii) Four persons , not being employees of the University or of a college or institution or affiliated to it , to be nominated by the Visitor for their special knowledge .
Representatives of teachers of affiliated colleges admitted to the privileges of the University.
(ix) Two teachers of whom one shall be woman , of the colleges admitted to the privileges of the University to be elected from amongst themselves .
Representatives of Research Scholars and the Post-Graduate Students of the University.
(x) One Research Scholar and two Post-Graduate students ofthe University - one from Sciences and one from Humanities/Commerce to be selected on academic merit in the manner prescribed by an Ordinance .
(2) All members of the Academic Council , other than the ex - officio members shall hold office for a term of three years .

(4) Registrar shall be the Ex - Officio Secretary.
