New Delhi, the 17th January, 2011 आ.अ. 11.—यतः भारत निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधन हो गया है कि त्रिापुरा विधन सभा 2008, के साधरण निर्वाचन के लिए 12-टकरजाला ;अ.ज.जा.द्ध विधन सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रा से निर्वाचन लड़ने वाले अभ्यर्थी, श्री सुबिराम देबवर्मा, लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1951 तथा त(ीन बनाए नियमों एवं आदेशों द्वारा अपेक्षित अपने निर्वाचन-व्ययों का लेखा दाखिल करने में असपफल रहेऋ और
यतः, उक्त अभ्यर्थी, श्री सुबिराम देबवर्मा, ने सम्यक् सूचना दिए जाने पर भी उक्त असपफलता के लिए कोई कारण या स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है, और निर्वाचन आयोग का यह समाधन हो गया है कि उनके पास उक्त असपफलता के लिए कोई पर्याप्त कारण या न्यायौचित्य नहीं हैऋ

Whereas, the said candidate, Smt. Anjana Tamang, has not furnished any reason or explanation for the said failure even after due notice and the Election Commission is thus satisfied that he has no good reason or justification for the said failure;

N. 15.—Whereas, the Election Commission is satisfied that Shri Abdul Matin, a contesting candidate in the General Election to the Tripura Legislative Assembly, 2008 from 53-Kailashahar Assembly constituency has failed to lodge any account of his election expenses, as required by the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and Rules and orders made there under; and
Whereas, the said candidate, Shri Abdul Matin, has not furnished any reason or explanation for the said failure even after due notice and the Election Commission is thus satisfied that he has not good reason or justification for the said failure;
Now, therefor, in pursuance of Section 10A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the election Commission hereby declares Shri Abdul Matin, to be disqualified for being chosen as, and for being, a member of either House of the Parliament or of the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Council of a State/Union Territory for a period of three years from the date of this order.

यतः, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग श्री जेप्रिन डी. संगमा के स्पष्टीकरण से असहमत है ।
अतः अब, लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1951 की धरा 10-क के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एत्दद्वारा श्री जेप्रिन डी. संगमा, को संसद के किसी भी सदन के या किसी राज्य/संघ राज्य क्षेत्रा की विधन सभा अथवा विधन परिषद् के सदस्य चुने जाने और होने के लिए इस आदेश की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की कालावध् िके लिए निरहत घोषित करता है ।

Sangma, to be disqualified for being chosen as, and for being, a member of either House of the Parliament or of the Legislative Assembly or Legislative Council of a State/Union Territory for a period of three years from the date of this order.
