( आर. एंड डी. ) के दिनांक 17.01.2011 के कार्यालय आदेश सं. ए.एन./ आई./0036/टी. आर.आई. डी.ए.एस. / एस.ए.ओ. द्वारा सूचित किए गए अनुसार सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन के अनुसरण में डॉ. जे. एस. चौधरी , आई.डी.ए.एस. ने बंगलौर स्थित भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय में 37,400--67,000/- रु . के वेतन बैंड+ 8,700/- रु. के वेतन ग्रेड में प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर चार वर्षों की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक , इनमें से जो भी पहले हो , दिनांक 18.01.2011 की पूर्वाह्न से सहायक महानिदेशक पद का कार्यभार संभाल लिया है ।

(ii ) तदर्थ नियुक्ति कामचलाऊ व्यवस्था होने के कारण इससे अधिकारियों को अनिश्चितकाल तक ग्रेड में बने रहने का या नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने अथवा सी.एस.एस. के अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा पेश करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा । (iii ) यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति तब तक चलती रहेगी जब तक कि वरिष्ठता कोटा/सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगी परीक्षा ( एलडीसीई ) के जरिए अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में नियमित उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध नहीं होते । अगर तदर्थ रूप से नियुक्त व्यक्ति नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु इन दोनों श्रेणियों में अर्ह नहीं होते, तो उन्हें, ऐसे नियमित अधिकारी उपलब्ध होने पर, उन्हें आबंटित उनके संबंधित संवर्ग में उनके (नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी ) द्वारा कार्यभार संभालने की तारीख से सहायक ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित कर दिया जाएगा ।
