आ.अ. 29.—यतः, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधन हो गया है कि कर्नाटक राज्य की विधन सभा के साधरण निर्वाचन, 2008 में 46-आलन्द विधनसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रा से निर्वाचन लड़ने वाले अभ्यर्थी, श्री कुपेन्द्र शिवराय ध्ुले, लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1951 तथा त(ीन बनाए गए नियमों और आदेशों द्वारा अपेक्षित निर्वाचन व्ययों के लेखें को प्रस्तुत करने में असमर्थ रहे हैंऋ तथा यतः, उक्त अभ्यर्थी, श्री कुपेन्द्र शिवराय ध्ुले ने सम्यक्‌ सूचना दिए जाने पर भी उक्त असपफलता का कोई कारण अथवा स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है, और इस प्रकार निर्वाचन आयोग का यह समाधन हो गया है कि उक्त असपफलता के लिए उनके पास कोई उपयुक्त कारण या न्यायौचित्य नहीं हैऋ

आ.अ. 37.—यतः, निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधन हो गया है कि कर्नाटक राज्य की विधन सभा के साधरण निर्वाचन, 2008 में 64-कोप्पल विधन सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रा से निर्वाचन लड़ने वाले अभ्यर्थी, श्री मल्लिकार्जुन निजगुणप्पा हदपद, लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1951 तथा त(ीन बनाए गए नियमों और आदेशों द्वारा अपेक्षित निर्वाचन व्ययों के लेखे को प्रस्तुत करने में असमर्थ रहे हैंऋ तथा यतः, उक्त अभ्यर्थी, श्री मल्लिकार्जुन निजगुणप्पा हदपद ने सम्यक्‌ सूचना दिए जाने पर भी उक्त असपफलता का कोई कारण अथवा स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है, और इस प्रकार निर्वाचन आयोग का यह समाधन हो गया है कि उक्त असपफलता के लिए उनके पास कोई उपयुक्त कारण या न्यायौचित्य नहीं हैऋ
