राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 , ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा-46( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01.11.2010 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम - 95- क तथा आन्ध्र प्रदेश कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम 1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे , अर्थात्: --
सं. एन-15/13/16/4/2009-यो. एवं वि.--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 95 - क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 , ( 1948 का 34) की धारा -46( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 जनवरी , 2011 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम- 95- क तथा हरियाणा कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम 1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ हरियाणा राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे , अर्थात्: -
" आंन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के संगारेड्डी जिले के नगरपालिका सीमाओं के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी क्षेत्र तथा आंन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के मेदक जिले के संगारेड्डी मण्डल के कलबगूर, कोथलापुर, कण्डी, चिंतलपल्ली, पसलवाडी , मामिडिपल्ली तथा पुलकाल मण्डल के शिवमपेट राजस्व गांव ।"

प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 जनवरी 2011 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम - 95- क तथा तमिलनाडु कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम-1954 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ तमिलनाडु राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे , अर्थात् :--

कुलपति अपने कार्यालय का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि
से पांच वर्ष की अवधि अथवा 70 वर्ष की आयु होने तक इनमें जो भी पहले हो, अपने पद पर बना रहेगा तथा वह पुनः नियुक्त होने का पात्र नहीं होगा ।
कुलपति अपने कार्यालय का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से पांच वर्ष की अवधि तक अपने पद पर बना रहेगा/ रहेगी तथा वह पुनः नियुक्त होने हेतु पात्र होगा/होगी और 5 वर्ष का कार्यकाल अथवा 70 वर्ष की आयु में से जो भी पहले हो, तक अपने पद पर बना रहेगा/रहेगी ।
# उक्त संशोधन की संस्तुति प्रबंध बोर्ड द्वारा अपनी अड़तीसवीं बैठक में दिनांक 26 मार्च, 2010 को दी गयी ।
* प्रबंध बोर्ड की उक्त संस्तुति को बाबासाहेब भीमराव अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय के अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा -26 के अनुसार विश्वविद्यालय के विज़िटर ( भारत के राष्ट्रपति ) द्वारा स्वीकार किया गया, जिसे मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय के उच्च शिक्षा विभाग के पत्र संख्या- एफ-38-7/2010 - डेस्क (यू) दिनांक 06 सितम्बर , 2010 के माध्यम से विश्वविद्यालय को सूचित किया गया ।

भारतीय अन्तर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण
भारतीय अन्तर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण भारतीय अन्तर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 ( 1985 का 82 ) की धारा 35 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से एतद् द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , अर्थात्: --
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ :--
(i) ये विनियम भारतीय अन्तर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण भर्ती, वरिष्ठता और पदोन्नति ( सातवां संशोधन ) विनियम, 2010 कहे जायेंगे । (ii) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगे ।
2. भा.अ.ज.प्रा. भर्ती, वरिष्ठता और पदोन्नति विनियम , 1992 की अनुसूची में सहायक निदेशक के पद से संबंधित क्रम सं. - 27 के सामने कॉलम 10 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि" पदोन्नति द्वारा 50 % प्रतिनियुक्ति पर स्थानांतरण द्वारा 50 % और इनकी अनुपस्थिति में सीधी भर्ती " का प्रतिस्थापन इस प्रकार होगा: -- " पदोन्नति द्वारा 75 % , सीधी भर्ती द्वारा 25%

No. 3 - IWAI /Estt./ 5/ 10-In exercise of powers conferred by section 35 of Inland Waterways Authority of India Act, 1985 (1982 of 1985) , with the previous approval of the Central Government , the Inland Waterways Authority of India hereby makes the following regulations namely :-
1. Short title and commencement :-
(i) These regulations shall be called the Inland Waterways Authority of India Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion (Seventh Amendment) Regulations , 2010 .
(ii) They shall come in to force form the date of their publication in the Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the IWAI Recruitment , Seniority and Promotions Regulations , 1992 against Sl . No. 27 relating to the post of Assistant Director, in column 10, the existing entries " 50% by promotion , 50% by transfer on deputation, failing which by Direct Recruitment . " Shall be substituted as follows :-
"75% by promotion , 25% by direct recruitment . "
