Jindal India Thermal Power Limited having its registered office at Plot No. 12 , Sector B - 1 , Local Shopping complex , Vasant Kurij , New Delhi - 110070 intends to apply / has applied to the Government of India to confer upon him all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act , 2003 for the placing of electric lines for transmission of electricity and will undertake the survey , construction , installation , inspection , erection and other works to be followed by commissioning , operation , maintenance and other works for the following transmission schemes .

Name of the transmission scheme : 400 KV Double circuit transmission line to evacuate power from 400 KV Switch Yard at 2x600 MW Thermal Power Plant at Derang of Jindal India Thermal Power Limited to 400 KV Sub Station at Angul of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited Works covered under the scheme: Survey, construction , installation , inspection , erection and other works to be followed by commissioning , operation , maintenance and other works
