विधायी/समिति/नयाचार/अधिशासी अधिकारी के ग्रेड में स्थानापन्न रूप से कार्य करने के लिए नियुक्त किया गया था, को अब 15 फरवरी, 2011 के पूर्वाह्न से उक्त ग्रेड में नियमित रिक्ति पर समायोजित किया गया है।
2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति रिट याचिका सं. 3025/88 के अंतिम निपटारे के समय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों के अध्यधीन होगी ।

अफगानिस्तान सरकार में कार्य - भार ग्रहण करने हेतु दिनांक 17 जनवरी, 2011 ( अपराह्न ) से योजना आयोग से कार्यमुक्त किए जाते हैं । 2. उक्त प्रतिनियुक्ति की अनुमोदित कार्यावधि पूर्ण होने पर , डॉ. मिश्रा आगे की तैनाती हेतु आईएसएस संवर्ग अर्थात सांख्यिकी एवं कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन मंत्रालय में रिपोर्ट करेंगे ।
