आ.अ. 74.—यतः, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग का समाधन हो गया है कि हरियाणा विधन सभा के साधरण निर्वाचन 2009 के लिए 81-पुन्हाना विधन सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रा से निर्वाचन लड़ने वाले अभ्यर्थी, श्री कल्लू खाँ, गांव तेड, डा. पिनगवां, तह. पुन्हाना, जिला मेवात, हरियाणा, लोक प्रतिनिध्त्वि अध्निियम, 1951 तथा तद्ध्ीन बनाए नियमों एवं आदेशों द्वारा अपेक्षित अपने निर्वाचन-व्ययों का लेखा दाखिल करने में असपफल रहेऋ और
यतः, उक्त अभ्यर्थी, श्री कल्लू खाँ ने सम्यक् सूचना दिए जाने पर भी उक्त असपफलता के लिए कोई कारण या स्पष्टीकरण नहीं दिया है, और इस प्रकार निर्वाचन आयोग का यह समाधन हो गया है कि उनके पास उक्त असपफलता के लिए कोई पर्याप्त कारण या न्यायौचित्य नहीं हैऋ
