सं. एन -15 /14/17/3/2010-यो. एवं वि.कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य) विनियम--1950 के विनियम 95- क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948 , ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा -46( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 मार्च, 2011 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम-- 95-क तथा पंजाब कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम 1955 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ पंजाब राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तिों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे , अर्थात्: --

No. N- 15 /14/17/2/ 2010 -P & D-In pursuance of powers conferred by Section 46(2) ofthe Employees ' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948 ) , read with Regulation 95 - A of the Employees ' State Insurance ( General) Regulations , 1950 , the Director General has fixed the 1st March , 2011 as the date from which the medical benefits as laid down in the said Regulation 95 -A and the Punjab Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules , 1955 shall be extended to the families of insured persons in the following area in the State ofPunjab namely :-
