(परीक्षा ) /म/2011 /II-- इंस्टीट्यूट की अधिसूचना संख्या 13- सीए ( परीक्षा ) /म/ 2011 दिनांक 12 जनवरी 2011 में आंशिक परिवर्तन के तहत् सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य में विधान सभा चुनाव के कारण परीक्षा-पत्र संख्या-1 , पी.सी.ई. , उच्चलेखांकन तथा परीक्षा- पत्र संख्या-1, आई.पी.सी.ई. , लेखांकन जोकि3 मई 2011 को कोलकाता क्षेत्र- I, II तथा III में होना है, उसे स्थगित कर दिया गया है । अब यह परीक्षा अर्थात् पी.सी.ई. तथा आई.पी.सी.ई. का परीक्षा-पत्र संख्या-1 , अब18 मई 2011 को पूर्व निर्धारित समयानुसार 2:00 सायं से 5:00 सायं होगी ।
सर्वसाधारण को यह भी सूचति किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त विधान सभा चुनाव के कारण परीक्षा- पत्र संख्या -4, लागत लेखांकन और वित्तीय प्रबंध, पी.सी.ई. तथा परीक्षा-पत्र संख्या-3 लागत लेखांकन और वित्तीय प्रबंध, आई.पी.सी.ई. जोकि 7 मई 2011 को आसनसोल में होनी है, स्थगित कर दिया गया है तथा यह परीक्षा अब 18 मई 2011 को पूर्व निर्धारित समयानुसार 2:00 सायं से 5 : 00 सायं होगी ।

सं. मा.स.प्र. /ए-1 ( 1 )/2010/आर.आर./क्षे. भ.नि. आ. II- कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 के अधिनियम 19 ) की धारा 5 ( डी ) की उपधारा 7 ( ए) के अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड, कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन , द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त, भारत सरकार से परामर्श एवं उनके अनुमोदन से एतद्वारा कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन ( क्षेत्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त, ग्रेड- II ) भर्ती नियम, 1999 में संशोधन करते हैं , यथा;
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक एवं प्रारंभ
ये नियम कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन, क्षेत्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त, ग्रेड- II ( संशोधित ) भर्ती नियम , 2011 कहलाएंगे ।
2.लागूहोना
ये सरकारी राजपत्र ( गजट) में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
3. पदों की संख्या , वर्गीकरण एवं वेतनमान
पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण एवं उनसे संबंधित वेतनमान इन नियमों के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम 2 से 4 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं । 4. भर्ती का तरीका, आयु सीमा एवं अन्य योग्यताएं आदि
भर्ती का तरीका, आयु सीमा, योग्यताएं एवं इससे संबंधित अन्य मामले उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम 5 से 14 में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं ।
5. अयोग्यताएं
कोईव्यक्ति: --
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यक्ति से विवाह किया हो जिसकी पत्नी/पति जीवित हो , अथवा ।
( ख ) जिसने स्वयं की पत्नी/पति के जीवित रहते किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से विवाह किया हो ।
उक्त पद के लिए नियुक्तिका पात्र नहीं होगा । यदि केन्द्रीय बोर्ड संतुष्ट है कि विवाह के दूसरे पक्ष अथवा उनकी स्वीय विधि ( पर्सनल लॉ ) में ऐसे विवाह कीअनुमति है और ऐसा करने के अन्य कारण हैं जो उस व्यक्ति को इस नियम से छूट प्रदान करते हैं ।
6. शिथिल करने की शक्ति
जहां केन्द्रीय बोर्ड का विचार है कि ऐसा करना उचित है तो , आदेश द्वारा , कारणों को लिखित रूप में देते हुए, श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय से परामर्श करते हुए, इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध से किसी भी वर्ग अथवा श्रेणी के व्यक्ति को राहत दे सकता है ।
7. प्रतिबंध
अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों एवं अन्य विशेष श्रेणी के व्यक्तियों को , केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर जारी आदेशों द्वारा आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में शिथिलता तथा दी गई अन्य छूट पर इन नियमों का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा ।

टिप्पणी : यहां पदोन्नति के लिए अर्हक /पात्रता सेवा पूरी करने वाले कनिष्ठों पर विचार किया जाए, वहीं वरिष्ठों पर भी विचार किया जाए बशर्ते कि उनकी अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा आवश्यक अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा से आधी अथवा दो वर्ष तक, जो भी कम हो, से कम न हो तथा उन्होंने अगले उच्च ग्रेड पर पदोन्नति के लिए परिवीक्षा की अवधि सफलतापूर्वक अपने कनिष्ठों के साथ ही पूरी कर ली हो जो पहले ही अर्हक/पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर चुके हों । प्रतिनियुक्ति:
(i) भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के वरिष्ठ सावधिक वेतनमान वाले अधिकारी; अथवा
( ii) केन्द्र/राज्य सरकार के अंतर्गत समान पद वाले अधिकारी; अथवा 15,600--39,100/- रु. के वेतन बैंड, पी.बी.- 3 में रु. 5,400/- अथवा समकक्ष ग्रेड वेतन के पदों पर 5 वर्ष की सेवा
फीडर वर्ग के विभागीय अधिकारी जोकि पदोन्नति के सीधे क्रम में हैं वे प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार के पात्र नहीं होंगे । इसी तरह, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर कार्यरत अधिकारी पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिए विचार के पात्र नहीं होंगे । समान संगठन/विभाग में इस नियुक्ति से पूर्व के अन्य संवर्ग- बाह्य पद में प्रतिनियुक्तिकी अवधि सहित प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि तीन वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । प्रतिनियुक्ति पर नियुक्ति की अधिकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त होने की अंतिम तिथि को 56 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए ।

5. DISQUALIFICATION :
No Person :-
(a) who has entered into or countracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
No. 13 -CA(Exam )/ M/2011 /II-In partial modification of the Institute's Notification No. 13 -CA( Exam )/M/ 2011 dated 12th January, 2011 , it is notified for general information that in view of the Election to the West Bengal State Legislative Assembly, Paper- 1 , ' Advanced Accounting ' of Professional Competence Examination and Paper - 1 , 'Accounting ' of Integrated Professional Competence Examination Scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 3rd May, 2011 at Kolkata Zone - I , Zone - II and Zone - III centres stand postponed and the examination in the said papers shall now be held at Kolkata Zone - I , Zone - II and Zone - III centres on Wednesday, 18th May, 2011 at the same venues and at the same timings i.e. 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
(b) who having a spouse living ; has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post .
Provided that the Central Board may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the Personal Law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing , exempt any person from the operation of this rule .
6. POWER TO RELAX :
Itis further notified for general information that owing to the aforesaid Elections , Paper- 4, ' Cost Accounting and Financial Management ' of Professional Competence Examination and Paper- 3 , 'Cost Accounting and Financial Management' of Integrated Professional Competence Examination scheduled to be held on Saturday , the 7th May, 2011 at Asansol centre stand postponed and the examination in the said papers shall now be held at Asansol centre on Wednesday, 18th May, 2011 at the same venue and at the same timings i.e. 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM..

No. 4-90/2009/Ay.PG Regulations- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses ( i) , (j ) and (k) of sub- section (1) of section 36 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act , 1970 (48 of 1970) , the Central Council of Indian Medicine , with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Indian Medicine Central Council (Postgraduate Ayurveda Education) Regulations , 2005 namely :-
1. Short title and commencement ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Medicine Central Council (Postgraduate Ayurveda Education ) (Amendment) Regulations , 2011 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
A. Sub - section 9 of Section 13 and sub- section 7 of Section 17 shall be substituted as under :-- 850

1. ( 1) These regulations may be called the Indian Medicine Central Council ( Minimum Standards of Education in Indian Medicine ) ( Amendment ) Regulations , 2011.
(2) These regulations shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Gazette of India.
a. The Provision of allied subject will be allowed for five years .
b . The teacher (s ) who had been considered eligible in the past on the basis of previous Regulations shall not be considered ineligible on the basis of amendment .
