2. समिति के कार्य
इस समिति का कार्य औद्योगिक नीति और संवर्धन विभाग को सरकारी कामकाज में हिन्दी के प्रगामी प्रयोग से संबंधित विषयों तथा गृह मंत्रालय , राजभाषा विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित राजभाषा नीति के कार्यान्वयन के बारे में सलाह देना होगा ।
3. समिति का कार्यकाल
समिति का कार्यकाल इसके गठन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष के लिए होगा , परन्तुः-
(क) जो सांसद इस समिति के सदस्य हैं , वे सांसद न रहने पर इस समिति के सदस्य भी नहीं रहेंगे ।
(ख ) समिति के पदेन सदस्य उस समय तक सदस्य बने रहेंगे जब तक कि वे अपने उन पदों पर हैं जिनके नाते वे समिति के सदस्य हैं ।
(ग) यदि किसी सदस्य के त्यागपत्र देने , मृत्यु , आदि के कारण समिति में कोई स्थान रिक्त होता है तो उसके स्थान पर नियुक्त किया गया सदस्य तीन वर्ष के कार्यकाल की शेष अवधि के लिए सदस्य रहेगा ।
4. सामान्य

समिति का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा किन्तु समिति किसी अन्य स्थान पर भी अपनी बैठकें कर सकेगी ।
5. यात्रा भत्ता तथा अन्य भत्ते
(क) राजभाषा विभाग के दिनांक 03.02.2006 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं . II/20034 /04/2005- रा.भा. ( नीति-2 ) के तहत समिति में नामित सांसदों को " संसद सदस्य ( वेतन , भत्ता एवं पेंशन) अधिनियम , 1954" के प्रावधानों एवं समय - समय पर जारी किए गए संशोधनों तथा उनके अधीन बनाए गए नियमों के अनुसार यात्रा भत्ता तथा दैनिक भत्ता दिया जाएगा ।
(ख) समिति के अन्य गैर सरकारी सदस्यों को राजभाषा विभाग के दिनांक 22 जनवरी , 1987 के का . ज्ञा . सं . II/ 22034/04/86-रा.भा. ( क-2 ) में निहित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप और भारत सरकार द्वारा समय- समय पर संशोधित निर्धारित दरों एवं नियमों के अनुसार यात्रा भत्ता तथा दैनिक भत्ता देय होगा ।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों , संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासनों , प्रधान मंत्री सचिवालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , संसदीय कार्य विभाग , लोक सभा सचिवालय , राज्य सभा सचिवालय , योजना आयोग , राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय , भारत के नियंत्रक 2-11 GI/2011 366

[भाग I-खण्ड 1 तथा महालेखा परीक्षक, लेखा नियंत्रक और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों तथा विभागों को भेजी जाए । यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को जन- साधारण की जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

(ii) संसद सदस्यों के लिए लागू नियमों और संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय द्वारा समय- समय पर जारी अनुदेशों के अनुसार सदस्य शासी परिषद की बैठकों में भाग लेने के । लिए यात्रा भत्ता/दैनिक भत्ता पाने के हकदार होंगे ।

सं. एफ 9-5 / 2010-बीटीआई-जी.ओ.आई. सोसायटी पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1860 के तहत पंजीकृत, केंद्रीय हिमालयीय संस्कृति अध्ययन संस्थान (सीआईएचसीएस), दहूंग , अरूणाचल प्रदेश के नियमों व विनियमों द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए , केंद्र सरकार एतद्वारा अनुसूची में दिए अनुसार निदेशक (सीआईएचसीएस) के पद हेतु भर्ती नियम बनाती है ।
2. इन नियमों को " केंद्रीय हिमालयीय संस्कृति अध्ययन संस्थान, दहूंग , अरूणाचल प्रदेश " कहा जाएगा ।
3. ये नियम तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
4. यह आदेश दिया जाता है कि अधिसूचना को आम सूचना हेतु भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।
5. यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि अधिसूचना की प्रति सभी मंत्रालयों तथा विभागों और सभी राज्य सरकारों व संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों को प्रेषित की जाए ।

implementation of the provisions of the Official Language Policy laid down by the Ministry of Home Affairs , Deptt. of Official Language.
(3) Tenure of the Committee
The term of the Samiti will be three years from the date of its constitution provided that : - (a) a member who is a member of Parliament shall cease to be the member of the Samiti as soon as he ceases to be a Member of Parliament;
(b) ex-officio members of the Samiti shall continue as members as long as they hold office by virtue of which they are members of the Samiti ;
(c) if a vacancy arises on the Samiti due to resignation, death, etc. of a member, the member appointed in that capacity shall hold office for the residual term of three years .
(4) General
The Headquarters of the Samiti shall be in New Delhi but it may hold its meetings at any other station also .
(5) T. A. AND OTHER ALLOWANCES
(a) The Members of Parliament nominated in the Samiti will be paid Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance as per the provisions in the "Members of Parliament (Salary, Allowance & Pension) Act, 1954 " amendments issued from time to time and rules made thereunder vide Department of Official Language , Office Memorandum No. II/20034/04/2005 - O.L . (Policy- 2 ) , dated 03 February , 2006.
(b) Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance to other non - official members of the samiti will be paid as per the guidelines contained in the Department of Official Language O. M. No. II/22034/04/86- OL (A - 2 ) dated 22.1.1987 and in accordance with the prescribed rates and rules as amended from time to time by the Government of India.
