2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अध्यधीन होगी : -- (i ) तदर्थ नियुक्तिकी अवधि 31.03.2011 तक होगी तथा यह प्रत्येक के समक्ष उल्लिखित या नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी उपलब्ध होने तक, जो भी पहले हो , होगी । ( ii ) तदर्थ नियुक्तियां , नियुक्त किए गए व्यक्तियों को अनिश्चित अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए अनुभाग अधिकारियों की चयन सूची में शामिल करने के लिए, अनिश्चित काल तक इस ग्रेड में बने रहने अथवा सीएसएस के अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करतीं ।
(iii) एसक्यू या एलडीसीई के माध्यम से अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में नियमित अभ्यर्थियों के उपलब्ध होने तक तदर्थ नियुक्ति जारी रहेगी । इन दोनों श्रेणियों में अगर तदर्थ नियुक्त हुए अधिकारी इन दोनों श्रेणियों में नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होते तो ऐसे नियमित अधिकारियों के उपलब्ध हो जाने पर नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारियों द्वारा इस विभाग द्वारा उन्हें आबंटित की गई संबंधित संवर्ग इकाईयों में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से सहायक ग्रेड में प्रत्यावर्तित कर दिया जाएगा ।

2. The above appointment is subject to the following conditions :-
(1) The period of ad hoc promotion would be upto 31.03.2011 and/as mentioned against each or till the regular Section Officers are made available , whichever is earlier .
(II) The ad hoc appointments shall not confer on the appointees any right to continue in the grade indefinitely or for inclusion in the Select List of Section Officers for regular appointment or to claim seniority in the Section Officers grade of CSS .
(III) Ad hoc appointment would continue till regular candidates in Section Officer Grade are available either through SQ or LDCE .
