का.नि.आ. 25.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधन के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सेना चिकित्सा कोर, वार्ड सहायिका ;सिविलियनद्ध समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2010 का संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात् :—
1. ;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सेना चिकित्सा कोर, वार्ड सहायिका ;सिविलियनद्ध समूह 'ग' पद ;संशोध्नद्ध भर्ती नियम, 2011 है ।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. सेना चिकित्सा कोर, वार्ड सहायिका ;सिविलियनद्ध समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम, 2010 की अनुसूची में स्तंभ 10 के नीचे, फ्दो वर्षय् विद्यमान शब्द के स्थान पर, फ्सीध्े भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए दो वर्षय् शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

S.R.O. 25.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Army Medical Corps, Ward Sahayika (Civilian) Group 'C' post, Recruitment 1114 GI/2011

1. (1) These rules may be called the Army Medical Corps, Ward Sahayika (Civilian) Group 'C' post, (Amendment) Recruitment Rules, 2011.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Army Medical Corps, Ward Sahayika (Civilian) Group 'C' post, Recruitment Rules, 2010, under column 10, for the existing word ''Two years'', the word ''Two years for direct recruits'' shall be substituted.

का.नि.आ. 26.—केंद्र सरकार के इस अभिमत के तहत कि भारतीय वायुसेना के स्टेशनों और स्थापनाओं के नजदीक की भूमि के इस्तेमाल और अनुप्रयोग के संबंध् में तत्काल प्रतिबंध् लगाना आवश्यक है तथा रक्षा संकर्म अध्निियम, 1903 ;1903 का 7द्ध की धरा 3 और 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार एतदद्वारा यह घोषणा करती है कि इस तरह की भूमि को भवन और अन्य तरह के निर्माणों से मुक्त रखा जाएगा और निम्नलिखित निदेश देती है :—
;कद्ध बाह्य प्राचीर के शीर्ष से 100 मीटर की सीमा के भीतर किसी तरह की भूमि पर किसी भी भवन अथवा विरचना निर्मित, सृजित अथवा खड़ी नहीं की जाएगी अथवा कोई वृक्ष नहीं लगाया जाएगा जो इस बात के अपवाद स्वरूप होगा कि 100 मीटर की सीमा भारतीय वायुसेना स्टेशनों और स्थापनाओं के पास बम रखने के स्थान की सीमा के भीतर तथा वहां से 900 मीटर तक बढ़ाई जा सकेगी जैसा कि इस अध्सिूचना की अनुसूची में दिया गया है ।
;खद्ध संबंध्ति भारतीय वायुसेना स्टेशनों अथवा स्थापनाओं के एयर अपफसर कमांडग अथवा कमांडग अपफसर जैसा भी मामला हो, इस अध्सिूचना के प्रयोजन के लिए सभी संबंध्ति विवरण उपलब्ध् कराएंगे जिसमें कलेक्टर/मजिस्ट्रेट के पास उपलब्ध् भू-जोत शामिल होंगे ताकि उसे रक्षा संकर्म अध्निियम, 1903 ;1903 का 7द्ध की धरा 3 की उप-धरा ;2द्ध के अंतर्गत उनके द्वारा प्रदत्त लोक सूचना में शामिल किया जा सके ।
2. यह अध्सिूचना शासकीय राजपत्रा में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी ।

S.R.O. 26.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 7 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient to impose restrictions, upon the use and enjoyment of land in the vicinity of the Indian Air Force Stations and Installations, hereby declares that such land shall be kept free from buildings and other obstructions and directs that :—
(a) no building or structure shall be constructed, created or erected or no tree shall be planted on any land within the limits of 100 meters from the crest of the outer parapet except that the limit of 100 meters will extend to 900 meters from and in line with the boundary of the bomb dump at Indian Air Force Stations and Installations as given in the Schedule to this notification;
(b) the Air Officer Commanding or Commanding Officer of the concerned Indian Air Force Stations or Installations, as the case may be, shall, for the purpose of this notification, provide all the relevant details including land holdings to the Collector/Magistrate for inclusion in the public notice to be given by him under sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903).
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
