( i ) उक्त तदर्थ पदोन्नति की अवधि 31.03.2011 तक अथवा नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी उपलब्ध होने तक , जो भी पहले हो , होगी । उपर्युक्तनियुक्ति पूर्णतः तदर्थ आधार पर की गई हैं और इनसे संबंधित अधिकारी को अनिश्चितकाल तक उस पद पर बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु अनुभाग अधिकारियों की चयन सूची में शामिल किए जाने अथवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के अनुभाग अधिकारी ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता , आदि का दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा । तदर्थ नियुक्ति तब तक जारी रहेगी, जब तक वरिष्ठता कोटा या सीमित विभागीय प्रतियोगितात्मक परीक्षा के जरिये अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में नियमित अभ्यर्थी उपलब्ध नहीं हो जाते। यदि तदर्थ नियुक्ति वाले अधिकारी इन दोनों श्रेणियों में से किसी में भी नियमित नियुक्तिकी योग्यता प्राप्त नहीं करते, जो उन्हें ऐसे नियमित अधिकारी उपलब्ध होने पर उस तारीख से सहायक ग्रेड में पदावनत कर दिया जाएगा जिस तारीख से नियमित अनुभाग अधिकारी कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा उन्हें आवंटित संबंधित संवर्ग में कार्य ग्रहण कर लेंगे ।
(ii ) उक्त तदर्थ नियुक्ति नियुक्त व्यक्ति को उस पद पर अनिश्चित काल तक ग्रेड में बने रहने अथवा नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए अनुभाग अधिकारियों की चयन सूची में सम्मिलित करने अथवा केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के अनुभाग अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता कादावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी ।
