एन एस सी सी एल नियमावली के अध्याय- V के नियम 15 में " सम्बद्ध प्राधिकारी स्वयं अथवा संबंधित क्लीयरिंग सदस्य की अपील द्वारा " और " जुर्माना लगाने , प्रतिकूल निर्णय, चेतावनी अथवा क्लीयरिंग सदस्य के सदस्यता के सभी अधिकारों को अथवा किसी अधिकार को वापस लेने के अपने आदेश पर पुनर्विचार और इसको रद्द, प्रतिसंहरित अथवा संशोधित कर सकता है " शब्दों के बीच " सदस्य को सम्बद्ध प्राधिकारी के निर्णय के संम्प्रेषण की तारीख से 90 दिन के अंदर " शब्दों को जोड़े जाने का प्रस्ताव है ।

The provisions contained in NSCCL Rules (F & O segment) are amended to the extent given hereunder :-
The words " within 90 days from the date of communi- cation of decision of the relevant authority to the member " are inserted between the words " The relevant authority may of its own or on appeal by the clearing member concerned " and " reconsider and rescind , revoke or modify its order fining, censuring, warning or withdrawing all or any of the membership rights of the clearing member. " In Rule 15 of Chapter V of NSCCL Rules (F & O segment).
