(ग) आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए पूर्ववर्ती एयरलाइनों के कर्मचारियों के विभिन्न श्रेणियों के लिए सौहार्दपूर्ण कार्य परिस्थितियों की जांच करना व सुझाव देना ।

(घ) लागत समानता सिद्धांत के आलोक में उपर्युक्त (क) , ( ख) तथा (ग) जांच करना।
(ङ) पेंशन योजनाओं, मृत्यु-सह-सेवानिवृत्ति उपदानों तथा वित्तीय प्रभाव वाले अन्य अंतिम लाभों के ढांचे को शासित करने वाले सिद्धांतों की जांच करना ।
सं० -एवी० 18016/03/2011 - एआई । एअर इंडिया से संबंधित वेतन/ परिलब्धियों के युक्तिकरण तथा पुनर्संरचना आदि सहित विभिन्न औद्योगिक संबंध ( आईआर ) विषयों के समाधान के लिए निम्नलिखित सदस्यों सहित सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश की अध्यक्षता में एक समिति का गठन का निर्णय लिया गया है :-
1. न्यायाधीश डी० एन० धर्माधिकारी , अध्यक्ष
2. प्रो० रविन्द्र एच० ढोलकिया, सदस्य
(च) विभिन्न उत्पादकता संबंधित प्रोत्साहन योजनाओं के सामान्य सिद्धांत मापदंडों की जांच करना व उनके संबंध में सिफारिशें करना तथा उन्हें एयरलाइन रुझानों की तर्ज पर लाना।

(छ) कोई अन्य संबंधित मुद्दा जिसे समिति के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा ।

2. समिति की संदर्भ शर्तें निम्नानुसार हैं:-
(क) विभिन्न संवर्गों में एकीकरण के सिद्धांतों की जांच करना और स्तर तथा वरीयता का निर्धारण करना ।
3. समिति का मुख्यालय सफदरजंग हवाईअड्डे पर होगा और वह प्रबंधन , यूनियन/ संघों, तीसरे पक्षों तथा अपने अध्ययन के लिए संगत अन्य स्टेकधारकों के साथ समव्यवहार करेगी और 06 महीने के भीतर अपनी रिपोर्ट नागर विमानन मंत्रालय के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करेगी ।
(ख) पूर्ववर्ती एयरलाइनों के सभी कार्मिकों के बीच वेतन/परिलब्धियों के युक्तिकरण तथा पुनर्संरचना के सिद्धांतों की जांच करना ।

No. AV. 18016/03 /2011 -ΑΙ . To address various IR issues including pay/ wage rationalization and restructur- ing etc. in respect of Air India , it has been decided to constitute a Committee under the Chairmanship of Retd . Justice of the Supreme Court with the following Mem- bers:-

2. The terms of reference of the Committee are as under:---
(a) To examine the principles of integration across various cadres and determination of level and seniority.
(b) To examine the principles of Pay/Wage rationalization and restructuring between all the employees of the erstwhile airlines .

भाग-2, अनुभाग 3क/ Part II, Sec . 3A ( c ) To examine and suggest harmonized working conditions of various categories of employees of erstwhile airlines depend- ing upon the requirements .
(d) To examine the above (a) , (b) and (c) in the light ofthe cost neutrality principle .
(e) To examine the principles governing the structure of pensionary schemes , death- cum-retirement gratuities and other termi- nal benefits having financial implication.
(f) To examine and make recommendations with respect to the general principle parameters of the different Productivity linked Incen- tive Schemes and bring them in line with airline practices.
(g) Any other related matter that would be re- ferred to the Committee .
3. The Committee will have its Headquarters at SafdarjungAirport and would interact with Man- agement , Unions/Associations , Third parties and other stakeholders relevant to the study and submit its report within six months to the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
