The above 400kV D/C Transmission Line of about 0.6 KM from Adhunik Power and Natural Resources Limited (APNRL), situated at villages namely Padampur, under P. S. Kandra in the District of Seraikela - Kharsawan, to 400kV Jamshedpur Substation of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited ( PGCIL) at Village Ramchandrapur under P. S. Gamharia District Seraikela - Kharsawan is proposed to be constructed on BOOM (Built, Own , Operate and Maintain) by APNRL for laying of overhead transmission line primarily for enabling of power evacuation to PGCIL as per bulk Power Transmission Agreement .
